Jeff slowly pulled his lips away from that of Tricia whose eyes were still shut in the sweetness of the feelings his kiss sent down her spine.

“Why did you stopped?.” Tricia asked pouting her lips.

“Hahahaha…. like seriously?. You want more?. Don’t you get tired of my kisses?.” Jeff asked pulling her cheeks.

“No Jeff. No matter how much time I spend with you, I can never get enough of your love. And whenever you kiss me, I feel everything that I’ve been missing. My heart smiles whenever you kiss my lips. The feelings I get whenever your lips touches mine, are surreal.” Tricia said pulling his shirt.

“Tricia, if a kiss could say just how much I love you, then my lips would be on yours forever.” Jeff said.

And slowly, he held her cheeks in his palms and planted a kiss on her forehead.

“How can you be so sweet?. Now I want to have a taste of your every being.” Tricia said laying her head on his chest.

“All I want right now, is to sit by your side, hold your hand, go for a long walk, stare into your eyes, cuddle with you, and kiss you every single day.” Jeff said.

Hearing these words, Tricia wrapped her hands around Jeff’s neck. Then licking her lips in a seductive manner, she said.

“You surely know how to turn me on with your sweet lines. You make me want to copy and paste you on my bed completely naked.” She said seductively.

“Jeez!. This girl is naughty. In that case, why don’t we go home?. Remember I’m completely yours at all times.” Jeff said smiling helplessly.

“Now I’ve spoken the things he wants to hear. In your wildest dreams.” Tricia said smiling at him.

“Come on Tricia, you can’t keep punishing me like this. Why would you initiate such naughty talks if you weren’t ready to let me have my way?.” Jeff asked totally frustrated.

“If you want me for yourself, I believe I’ve made my self clear on what I want to be done. So for the meantime, let’s go home. Hahahaha…. naughty boy.” Tricia said walking away.

On their way home, Jeff stopped at an eatery.

“Why are we at an eatery?.” Tricia asked.

“For a date.” Jeff said taking off his seat belt. Afterwhich, he helped her in taking off hers as well.

“A date?.” Tricia asked completely dumbfounded.

“Yes Tricia. And this is to make up for the last time we weren’t able to go on a date like we planned.” Jeff said.

They both alighted from the car and went into the eatery where they had a fancy dinner. From the eatery, he took her to a fun place where they danced and had so much fun together. They were so happy spending time together that they forgot that time was speeding away.

Kemi who had been at home waiting for Jeff’s return, was surprised to not have seen Jeff’s shadow since 6pm.

“What’s keeping him from returning home?. And why is that girl not back as well?. Is this how they live in this house?.” She asked staring at the wall clock.

When it was exactly 10:39 pm, Kemi who was already asleep on the couch, was awakened by the noise that came from Tricia and Jeff’s incessant laughter as the walked into the sitting room.

“You needed to have seen the way she turned and looked at me when I whined my waist next to her man Hahahaha….” Tricia purposely shouted clapping her hands as she laughed.

“Honestly, you were lucky you didn’t end up getting beaten by that girl. Cause damn….your waist was on fire on that dance floor. I never knew you were such a great dancer.” Jeff joined in laughing incessantly.

“I know right?. Well, that’s one of the benefits of being an actress. You get to learn how to fit into different roles and characters. Which helps us become anything and anyone at any given time.” Tricia said wrapping her hands on Jeff’s neck.

Jeff grabbed her waist with his two hands and lowered his lips against her neck. Then staring into her eyes he said,

“I am yet to discover what I did right in my life. To deserve such a priceless treasure like you. Honestly, getting married to you has been the best decision that I’ve made in my entire life. Everything about you is so perfect and I can’t stop loving you.” Jeff said.

Watching them being all lovey-dovey before her very presence, made Kemi extremely jealous and heartbroken. She couldn’t stand watching Jeff treating Tricia with so much love and attention. She stood up, picked her phone from the couch, and walked away.

Immediately she left the sitting room, Jeff and Tricia burst into unending laughter. Then after confirming that she’s totally gone, Tricia gave Jeff a high five.

“Yes! We did it.” She whispered feeling so excited and satisfied.

“You needed to have seen the look on her face earlier.” Jeff said trying so hard to suppress his laughter.

Flashback.

When they both returned home, they both had a brief discussion while they were still inside the car.

“Look Tricia. I don’t know how to put Kemi in her place even if I wanted to. I really don’t want to give you the wrong impressions anymore. I want you to be hundred percent confident about us. I don’t want you to keep getting insecured because of Kemi’s presence.” Jeff said.

“If that’s the case, then I think I have an idea.” Tricia said with a mischievous smirk displaying on her lips.

“And what’s the plan?.” Jeff asked leaning forward.

“How about we start having a public display of affection before Kemi?.” Tricia said.

“A public display of affection?.” Jeff asked totally amazed.

“Yes. You know, just like we were able to convince mom that we were a real couple back then. I believe we can do much more now that we love each other for real.” Tricia said.

“You have a point there.” Jeff said.

“I believe that will make her know her place in this house. Cause she’s been doing all those things simply because she thinks you still have some remaining feelings for her. But believe me, once she realizes that you no longer feel a thing for her, then she will have no choice but to find her way out of your house and your life for good.” Tricia said.

“Fine then. Let’s do this.” Jeff said grabbing Tricia’s hand.

Present day.

“She really fell for our plan.” Tricia whispered trying so hard to suppress her laughter.

“Which brings me to this.” Jeff said carrying Tricia up in his arms. “Why don’t you come spend a night with me?.” Jeff said winking at her.

“Naughty naughty. I already told you I won’t give in.” Tricia said hitting his chest in order to make him drop her.

But Jeff insisted and carried her all through till they entered inside his room.

“Now we are here. Why don’t we act a little drama for our guest of honour?.” Tricia suggested pulling Jeff’s tie.

“What’s in your mind?.” Jeff asked pecking her lips.

“Why don’t we pretend to do what couples do in the night when everyone had gone to sleep?.” Tricia suggested.

“Like seriously?. Do you finally want me to do it?.” Jeff asked feeling excited.

“Come off it Jeff, I meant acting. Not the real thing. She just needs to hear us screaming and moaning out of pleasure when nothing is actually going on.” Tricia said.

“Baddo. You sure have a way to deal with people. Alright then, let’s do it once we are done taking our baths.” Jeff said unbuttoning his shirt.

“Then I will go first.” Tricia said grabbing Jeff’s towel. “Make sure you don’t come peeping at me. Cause I will surely poke your eyes out.” Tricia said walking into the bathroom.

“Now that you mentioned it, I started having this strange urge to come have a quick peep at you.” Jeff teased.

When she was done bathing, Jeff had to let her wear his shirt for the first time in his entire life.

“Why your shirt when I have my night wear in my room?.” Tricia asked.

“I was thinking, if we want to prove to Kemi that I’m so madly in love with you, then you have to begin by wearing my shirt. Because I’ve never tolerated sharing my shirt with any lady. And you are the first and last woman to have worn my shirt.” Jeff said smiling helplessly.

“Really?.” Tricia said not believing her ears.

“Yes Tricia. So consider your self the luckiest woman to have worn the shirt of almighty Jeff.” Jeff said folding his arms with pride.

“Point of correction, I wasn’t lucky. I was chosen. And given what I truly deserved.” Tricia said running her hand through his bare chest.

“Stop pushing me Tricia. I’m afraid I might lose my mind if you keep playing with me this way.” Jeff said taking few steps forward.

“Mr. Horny just go and take a quick shower.” Tricia said slightly pushing him backwards.

Kemi whose room was next to Jeff’s room, couldn’t sleep because of the public display of affection she witnessed between Jeff and Tricia. She was helplessly sitting at the edge of her bed when she heard a loud moaning coming from Jeff’s room.

She quickly stood up and placed her ear on the wall to hear them properly. But when it seemed like she wasn’t getting their words properly, she quickly opened her door and walked up to Jeff’s door where she placed her ear eavesdropping on them.

All she could here were words like,

“Oh my Jeff…don’t spare me tonight. Give it to me like today is going to be your last.” Tricia said.

“Oh yes baby girl, I won’t take it easy on you tonight…..” Jeff added.

“Oh Jeff….oh…oh…” Tricia kept shouting at the top of her voice.

Kemi who could not bare it any longer, quickly walked back into her room feeling bitter, infuriated and heartbroken. Meanwhile, Jeff and Tricia were just laying in other’s arms screaming out love making words when nothing was actually happening between them.

They kept on till they finally fell asleep in each other’s arms.

Tricia made sure to wake up very early the next morning to make breakfast for Jeff still putting on Jeff’s shirt.

Jeff followed her to the kitchen embracing her from behind while she prepared his breakfast. Kemi woke up to meet them showcasing their love right before her very eyes.

“Not this morning please.” She said clenching her fist.

When Jeff saw her, he quickly pinched Tricia giving her signal. Tricia who understood what he meant, turned around and wrapped her hands around his neck smiling brightly at him.

Kemi couldn’t help but cleared her throat to get their attention.

“Oh. Kemi is here.” Tricia said smiling at Kemi who gave her a reluctant smile in return.

“Good morning to you love birds.” She said.

“Good morning Kemi.” Jeff responded grabbing Tricia’s hand.

“Sweetheart, when do I get to return your shirt?.” Tricia asked Jeff trying to let Kemi know that she was actually putting on Jeff’s shirt.

Looking at Kemi, Tricia could see the shock and disbelief in her eyes when she realized that she was actually wearing Jeff’s shirt.

From that day, the two continued showcasing their love shamelessly before Kemi who sometimes wished the Earth should open and swallow her up.

A day later, Jeff was going through some important documents in his office when a call from Leo came in.

“Hello Leo. How are things over there?.” Jeff asked as soon as he picked Leo’s call.

“Things are fine here Jeff. As a matter of fact, I have a shocking news for you.” Leo said.

“What’s the news all about?.” Jeff asked totally curioused.

“The truth is, I never went home. I and precious had taken it upon ourselves to go to Kemi’s hometown in order to find out where she has been all these years. And what brought about her sudden reappearance.” Leo said.

“What?. Are you being serious right now?.” Jeff asked standing to his feet with outermost disbelief.

“Yes Jeff. And you won’t believe what we just found out about Kemi. Kemi is not who you think she is. Infact, she’s a snake in disguise.” Leo said.

“What?.” Jeff shouted out in shock and disbelief.
