Mary turned back immediately,
“Take me out of here” she ordered her guards
“Mary look at my face, Is your Mother,” Madam Cecilia said running after her.
Mary’s guards stopped her, she began to roll on the floor creating a scene.
Noel approached her “what happened madam”
“Help me to beg my daughter”
Wealth began to cry, all attention was shifted to her
“Wow, what a striking resemblance with Mary” Noel complimented “Follow me” he took them to the hotel they lodged. He asked them to wait outside while he entered with Wealth.
“Mary why did you leave your family”
Her heart beat increased as she sighted Wealth.
“That’s your daughter” A gentle voice whispered to her.
“Where did you get her from?”
“The woman that followed your mother.”
“That should my Aunty, let her in, only her.”
“Mummy wait here, we will call you, madam she wants to see you first.” Noel said
“Mary” They hugged each other emotionally.
“Aunty is this your child” Mary asked
“No, your mum brought Wealth from her workplace, she was employed to be her nanny, then one morning her boss died, then brought her home. she said from her findings they are not the biological parent of the child, she has to keep the child because of the Strickling resemblance she has with you. But Mary, where have you been, why are you this angry at your mum”
“Aunty she did not tell you, what she did to me, she beat the hell out of me the day he realize I was pregnant with this baby”
“What!, she’s your baby, did you sell her to the family”
“No, they must have bought her from the kidnappers”
“Kidnappers?”
“Yes sister, I suffered, I ran away when the beating was too much, I was planning to come to your house, but unfortunately I lost the address, that was how I find myself in the kidnapper’s den, I was raped brutally” she began to cry.
“Is okay please stop crying” she pat her back
“It has been from one problem to another, the worst is that her lover was the one who impregnated me”
“Wait! You mean your step father?”
“Yes, do you it was because of this same man he poisoned my father”

“What about the man now?” Mary asked.
“Hmm, she too has passed through hell, her husband was pushed out of the village because he had leprosy, her first son turned lunatic, and we heard information a trailer killed him months ago. Her second son is the reason why we are here, she used her for ritual, now that she’s healed, only God knows what will be the boy fate”
“Hmm Aunty, you see the wicked will never go unpunished. I’ve forgiven her because she took care of my daughter, but I will never have anything to do with her, Aunty there’s something you will help me to do, I want you to help me take care of Rosemary”
“Who is Rosemary”
“My daughter, don’t call her Wealth again, she’s Rosemary now. I will take full responsibility but I want her to be with you”
“No problem”
“I will know your place before I leave the country and for that woman outside, tell her I’ve forgiven her but she should stay away from me. One of my guards will drop you”
They stepped out but couldn’t find Madam Cecilia again. She overhead all the discussion, she had to run away because of shame
“Sister where are you” Mary’s Aunty kept calling her. “Where did she go, I left her here”
“Aunty isn’t it better she find her way, please take good care of my daughter, see you” She went back to her lodge.
“Mary are sure you are doing the right thing, since you are sure she’s your daughter why don’t you take her with you” Noel advised.
“No, let her stay, seeing her every day will constantly remind me of my past”

She was on her way to Aunty places when a poster drew her attention.
She ordered her aide to get one of the posters
“What the hell is this” she shivered as she read the inscription on the poster;
“Mary is not a Saint, she’s an harlot, she has a child for her step father, no saint will do that” A picture was attached showing her and Madam Ben, “This was her with the most wanted sex trafficker. Stay updated more secret will be revealed”
“Who did this to me?” Mary asked no one in particular.
Noel jumped out of the car, and began to tear the posters.
