“don’t tell me that Angela! I don’t know what he sees in her that’s making him turn against my order. is this how he will continue managing the company? no, just tell me?. he said angrily going out.
“mom. but, it’s not like I neglect the company totally…at least I do receive information about what is going on everyday. so, why is he being aggressive this way.
“is it today you have known your father? you know he doesn’t joke with his business when it comes to that. anyways how far have you gone about Mia sister whereabouts?. she asked as she pulls down the window curtain because is about to rain.
“mom, I felt sober for her but, still we haven’t get in touch with her sister. and right now I’m thinking of bringing her here to stay with us so that she won’t be felling lonely or what do you think?. I asked.
“ha! I felt Pity for her likewise but, will your father allowed her into this house?.
“you can talk to him about it na mom! just do this for me please. she’s not really fine all alone with everything that as being happening to her. I said to her on my knees pleading.
“fine! let see how it goes when he comes. but, make sure you begged him when he returns that you will be active at work from now henceforth.

Mia 💔 POV
“I think this is how God has destined my life to be. but, instead why can’t he just let me di e at birth instead. than letting me witness all this pains. why? why?.
I took another packet of tobacco and takes it while coughing.
“it’s better this way. I said crying with my swollen eyes.
“I’m all alone! no family, no friends or loved ones except Mason. the friend I had, betrayed me! she….she did me wrong by hurting my sister and even taken her away from me! why? why? why is all these happening to me.
I stood up staggering as I opened my safe box and pick out my diary to write.
“I’m sorry Mason. at this moment I don’t know what to do anymore. everything I have been trying to put to place are all getting abortive.
I think I’m having like two months to live now….but, I haven’t achieve any of my wish!.
I was wishing to put my father Kil ler to bar, and I haven’t figure anything out from it. And right now my sister is no where to be found!
I’m seriously drained right now 😞 if I can’t find my sister and Charlotte family then it is better I di e early than getting hurt everyday.
if God can just make this my last wish come to pass before I di e any moment I will be so grateful and glad and at least di e peacefully.

I checked my previous write up and tore the part where I wrote the best moments of my time with Charlotte.
“ohhhh Charlotte! I will make sure I gun you down! just let me catch you!!!. I screamed out shivering as I scatter everywhere.
I carried the alcohol and drink as I sat down looking how messy everywhere is.

I shouted as I began to develop body inching and began to scratch all over as I grumbled bitten my lips.

I sat in my office thinking on how excited Mia will be if I should tell her she can move in with me. I know my father is a nice man is just that he is always overreacting when it comes to his business.
I have messaged Mia already not be late today last night. but, she didn’t reply me and I’m very sure she will come to work today. I became worried after some hours as I couldn’t see her and she’s the one that is in charge of the file documents we will be needing for the next project we are planning to embark on. someone knocked and I told her to come in immediately thinking it was her.
“good morning sir. Sonia said holding a file.
“yes good morning. I answered as I told her to drop the file.
“but, sir. on behalf of the other staff we just want to know if all is well with Mia because, for some days now she hasn’t been coming to work.
“she’s fiñe. I said smiling at her as she left.
my relationship with Mia is well know in the office as they do tease her at times for being able to change my insecurities and phobia. so, at times they do call her small boss.
My phone rang and ended and I saw Mia missed call. I called her back immediately and her voice was not sounding well.
“what happened? why are you sounding this way?. I asked.
“I can’t come today Mason. I need to rest, I’m sorry for not calling since.
“I have tried your number severally also and it kept declining. anyways no problem, I will come over in an hour time. make sure you eat and not starve okay, I have some good news for you. I said to her.
“really! is it about my sister?. she asked in a brightening voice.
“don’t worry, when I come you will know. I said in which she ends the call.
Some hours later after I had clear off the necessary things into other. I drove down to her apartment as I said and I knocked in which she came to open for me.
“I thought you said you are not taking drugs again?. I asked as I followed her upstairs to her room.
“yeah…I said it but, I just wanted to cool off my head from thinking.
“well… hope is not too much? you’re a lady and taking of hard drugs is not good for you. you know I have told you severally to abstain from it. I still prefer alcohol taking than it.
“I know….don’t worry about me okay. she said as I looked her room smelling and messed up looking scattered.
“why is your room this way?. I asked.
“don’t worry I will arrange it. she said scratching her body every minute.
“Mia, I don’t understand this your itching ooo just look at how reddish your neck is. what have you done to yourself?. I asked packing some cloth spread around.
“I’m fine. she answered.
“No! you’re not. just yesterday that I didn’t sleep over, you have turned everywhere upside down. I’m here for you okay! I know the doctor will confess soon if he his fed up from torturing…..trust me!. I said holding her to seat down as she cries.
“but, is it going to take forever! I’m the one being tortured! what could have really happened for them to have taken up things to that level. why? why??.
“don’t worry okay. just relaxed okay. if you continue like this it won’t be good for you. I want you to stay happy. yes, stay happy Mia!.
She nodded her head.
“so, the good news I have for you is that, you can move in with me!!
“what about your Dad?. she asked.
“don’t worry about him. he has also accepted because I have promised him to always take the business serious.
“it’s okay then. she said.
“so, smile for me and Clean off your tears.
she smiled at me.
“good. now let pack your things and moreover this place is not safe for you. because you never can tell what they might be planning for you either. I said as I help her pack what she’s pointing to take along.
“please I’m coming!. my stomach oo she said running towards the restroom.
“do you want to defecate?. I asked shouting as she closed the door hurriedly.
I began to help her packed her shoes and couldn’t see a bag to pack them. I looked around her sister bed and drawer to check around. I raised the small bed drawer as I saw a piece of paper placed under. I took it and open it and I saw a written words. I quickly glanced through it.
*Mia, I told you that I can’t continue living in this mess house…..but you wouldn’t listen to me. Charlotte has been forcing herself on me by imputing hard substance into my private part.
I tried so many times to let you know but, you’re always carried away with her influence.
I overheard her and her mother talking about how her father sent assassin to Kil l our father because of a business contract that’s is based on our father favour in which end up taken mother and Josh including dad lives.
they have been showering us love because they wanted our father dea th case to die down so that they can use you to take his business to himself since we no nothing about it.
Mia, you have let them used you for their desire… Charlotte is hurting me sexually whenever you are not around. I don’t want my life to end miserable in the hands of our parents Kil ler!.
I was dumbfounded as I quickly squeeze it inside my back pocket. I wondered why Mia could be so blind to read her sister contenance and trust her friend too much. I looked around again searching for the bag as I saw a diary beside Mia bed.
I looked around and asked if she’s not through in the restroom.
“I will be through soon. she said audibly from there.
I opened the diary to where her pen was kept. I couldn’t believe what my eyes is seeing as I felt so bad instantly.
“Mia, she is dieing soon. ha! and she didn’t tell me! I now understand her eagerness to find her sister. oh! my Mia!. I heard the water closets water as I quickly put the diary back and went to her wardrobe pretending to be looking for clothes as she came out.
“what are you still searching for?. she asked as I stared at her.
“why looking at me like that?. she asked in which I hugged her closely.
“what’s it?” she asked.
“is it wrong for me to hug you”. I said while trying not to let it be obvious of my actions.
“No!”. she answered.
“I will make sure I let your wish come true Mia.” I said in my mind as I kiss her forehead.
“Mason, please you will help me to the hospital tomorrow because I have an appointment there.
“which appointment? are you sick?. I asked.
“No! I just want to go for check up because of this itching.
“oh! okay…. okay. I answered rubbing her head as clean my tears behind her.
“can you leave me now!”. she said as I realeased myself from her.
