I was really happy that I could be of help to Mama Rihannat. My great wishes is for her daughter to be whole. For the past 3 days now I have been going to the hospital to check on her. I left to the hospital after leaving Mr Charles house. When I get there I was surprised seeing Josiah seated beside her on the bed. Immediately he saw me, he stood up and told me to sit. At first I was reluctant to sit there because of what he has. So, Josiah can leave his house to come see his daughter. Someone that he doesn’t care for.

“You can sit.”

“Thank you.” I answered.

He sat at my front looking so pale and malnourished. Who knows when last he ate.

“How do you do?.

“Fine.” I answered looking at the sleeping Rihannat. Where is her mother?

“You just left and forget me just like that Adebimpe. Is it good?.” He asked sadly ignoring my question.

I didn’t want to start an unnecessary conversation with him because I don’t want to start what I won’t be able to finish. So I stood up instead to go since Rihannat is sleeping and he mother isn’t around.

“Just tell her I came.” I said turning to go and he held my hand.

“Aebimpe’.” He called and I snatched my hand from him.

“Mummy sewa! You’re here.” Rihannat mother said coming inside. I quickly went down to the next street to get her some fruit.

“it is okay.”

“I hope you have not been here for Long?.” She asked.

“At all. I’m even about going when I didn’t meet you.” I said and she looked at Josiah.

“I thought I said you should go home?.

He didn’t answer.

“I don’t want trouble oo Josiah. This is why I don’t want you to come here.”

“What are you saying? Is she not my daughter.” He said.

“I don’t have your time.” She answered and told me to come so that I can speak with Rihannat. That she is getting better now. I sat back and smiled happily. She tapped Rihannat severally until she woke up looking at her mother. Sorry, my dear. Oya get up, so that you can have this fruit. And look your big mummy is also here.

She sat up gently still looking sleepy.

“How are you my dear?.” I asked.

“Thank you so much ma. May God bless you.” She said calmly.

“It’s okay my dear. I have been coming here severally but I have been meeting you sleeping. I’m glad you’re now fine.

“Thank you so much ma. May God bless you and replenish your pocket in Jesus name. You will leave to enjoy the fruit of your labour in Jesus name. By God’s grace by this time next year. Your own bundles of joy will be delivered to you with another God fearing man. (Josiah look at her in annoyance) A man that will value every aspect of your life. He will love you and cherished you for the rest of your life jus…”

“Will you keep quiet! What are you uttering out from your mouth? If you want to pray. Is this the kind of prayer you should be praying? Where have you left your senses Rihannat. Did she tells you that she has moved out of our house? Or what nonsense are you saying.”

Rihannat mother sudden laughter made him stop as she looked at him disgustingly.

“Wait, you’re not even ashamed of yourself Josiah! Ha! You still want this woman to come back to your house abi? Or have you forgotten you were the one that sent her packing ooo don’t forget o.

“So because I only tried to disciplined her now as turned to chasing her away intentionally. She’s still my wife…”

“Cut that trap!.” I answered in an harsh tone. Do I look like someone who still cares about you? No tell me!! So you have been thinking all along that I ADEBIMPE will move back into your house Josiah Never! I say Never! So cut that dirty thought out of your mind. And for your information. By tomorrow, you should be expecting a divorce letter from my lawyer.” I said.

“Good!.” Rihannat answered hesitantly. Happiness written all over her face.” I wished mother can also do same”.

“Ehn’ my dear. Where do you want me to go? The money you gave me last time. I have used them on your siblings. And you know, it was those period your father needed money. At first I didn’t wanted to give him because you told me not to but you know…”

“So mother, you eventually gave him (she look at Josiah who stunned his face) why will you give him? .”

“I am sorry my dear, I know I didn’t keep to your promise. But I felt for him and moreover he is your father. If he doesn’t get money to buy the drugs to sustain his health. It might be risky for him.”

“So you gave someone that hard earn money I made. Do you know how I fit those money?.”She asked almost crying.

“I don’t my dear, just forgive me okay.”

“Rihannat, just calm down okay. Don’t allowed what is not necessary to affect you for now my dear.” I said to calmed her down.

“Is this one a father, a father that cherished one child from others.”

I left the hospital some minutes later and headed home. On getting home I entered and saw my daughter and Mr Charles laughing at the movie they are watching. I closed the door and check outside to be sure I didn’t pass by without not seeing his car. My thoughts didn’t fail me as his car was no where to be found. I entered back into the house and see them still laughing and giggling.

“Helloooo.” I said waving at them.

They didn’t answer as their eyes were glued to the TV. I dropped my bag angrily and walked to their front. They started stretching their neck to my both sides to see the TV.

“Adesewa are you okay???.” I shouted looking upset.

They bursted into a contagious laughter that makes me to smirk smiling at them.

“I know both of you are trying to fool me right now. But please stop it.” I said tapping Adesewa head without feeling any touch. My mind skip a bit and hit her head again and it seems the same.

“Adesewa!!!!.” I called touching her body. I looked at Mr Charles who continues to laugh and shaking his head.

“What is going on?.” I muttered fearfully.

I tried holding Mr Charles close to my body, and my body keeps dangling alone. I stood up back and look at my body, and touched it all over to feel it all over and it feels the same as my normal self. I wanted to run into my father room when the door suddenly opened with my father running inside. He has been injured severally. He fell to the floor and Mr Charles and Adesewa screamed at the sight of it.

“Grandpaaaa!.” She shouted.

Mr Charles ran to him where I was and carried him up to know what happened. A figure person entered with a dripping cutlass with blo od. I looked up and saw Josiah flaming anger.

“Josiah!!!.” I shouted surprisingly.
