So, both of you went to the Houston Hotel and none of you bothered to inform me. It’s so unfair. Amara said.

Shiiii! Everybody be calm I want to take this call. Perpetual said as Derrick’s call entered.
Precious and Amara’s eyes are glued on Perpetual while she talks gently on the phone with Derrick.
Thirty minutes passed Perps is still on the phone with Derrick.
Perps, is high time you take this phone call inside I want to on the TV here is becoming boring. Precious whimpered.
After one hour Perpetual was done making calls. She wanted to pretend the call never occurred but Amara who was curious questioned her call.
Wait, is there something I’m missing here? Who did you get off the with? I was about to ask you about Lekwachi because you have not said anything about him since the day before yesterday when he returned from his house. Precious, what’s going on? Amara asked.
See me see wahala! Is it not Perps that just finished making calls now? How come you are directing the question to me instead of asking her? Precious said.
I asked you because I know you will know better. Amara said.
You know I will know better as what? As the manager of her life or what? Leave me oh. See Perps sitting next to you direct your questions to her not me. Precious said.
Perps, who was the guy on the phone? Amara asked.
Hahaha, see as you both are just looking at me. Haba Presh, what’s that look on your face again? It’s Derrick nà. The guy we met yesterday. You guys should stop looking at me like that nà. Perpetual said.
The guy you just met yesterday and you were blushing for him on the phone and was fondling with your legs when you were talking with him. Hmmm, Perpetual. Amara said.
You guys don’t need to pànic. We are just friends nothing more. Perpetual explains.
You guys met just yesterday and you both talked like you have known each other forever. Amara asked.
We spoke last night and early in the morning before now. He’s friendly and fun to talk with. He wanted to come here today but because I’ve not gotten to know him well we decided to meet again at the Huston Hotel this evening. Perpetual said.
Perpetual!? Amara screamed her name.
What? Perpetual asked.
Perps, I think you should just be careful. I know that look on your face. It only shows whenever you are in love. You should have taken your time to heal properly before hanging out with your just-a-friend guy. I know why I’m saying this. Amara said.
Perps, Amara is right. I mean how can you explain to someone that you broke up today and entered another relationship the next day…
No, you got it all wrong. I’m not entering into another relationship. It’s just a friendly outing. Perpetual interrupted Precious.
Hush, just like Amara said. We recognize that look and smile on your face. You can only try to lie to us but you can’t lie to yourself you have not started feeling something for Derrick but I will still warn you to think before you make any move. Don’t try to use Derrick to heal your broken heart. You barely know him and you don’t know if he’s married or not or what his intentions are. Later in the day Perpetual and Derrick met at Houston Hotel. They sat exactly in the inn where they met each other. They had a lot to discuss.
So, your Babe finally dumped you and moved on with another guy? Sam Lekwachi’s friend who saw Perpetual and derrick seated at the inn asked Lekwachi.
Who dumped me and moved on with another man? Lekwachi asked Sam.
Your main babe. Perpetual of course. Sam responded.
Taaa! Perpetual can never dump me. I was the one who dumped her and broke up with her the day before yesterday. Lekwachi busted.
Seriously, you broke up with her the day before yesterday. Sam asked.

Oh, you don’t know? Okay, slowly turn and see Perpetual with her Romeo playing love right there at your back. Sam said.
Lekwachi slowly turned as Sam told him. Behold, was Perpetual and Derrick. Lekwachi was so ashamed and bittered.
Does she know we are the ones sitting here? Lekwachi said with anger hovering over his face.
I don’t think so. Sam said.
Sam noticed the angry look on Lekwachi’s and he decided to trigger more to it.
Wow, they look good together. Looking so much in love. It seems they are getting married soon. Aah Lekwachi the guy sét die oh. His finer than you. And this Perpetual sef, she too gét eye for better things.
Enough!!! You talk like a woman. Lekwachi angrily shut Sam up.
I’m admiring the two love birds na… Lekwachi look at that. They booked a room in the hotel. They are entering the hotel. See na, the dude is even carrying her handbag. How many times have you carried her handbag when you were dating her?
Lekwachi turned and almost lost himself where he was looking at them enter inside the hotel.
Bet me, that relationship will not work. Perpetual can never first me to move on. Never! Lekwachi said and angrily left.
