We set out as my father drives away while I watched my grandma waving out us as she couldn’t be seen again in which I settled back on the back sit closing my eyes to say some prayers. my parents talked about how excited I would be once we go back to Canada that have made my room the way I have always wanted it.
“infact you will start new friendship and lifetime experience again. my mother said happily while I answered thank you ma.
My father said we only have tomorrow to be in Nigeria that once my flight get booked we will be living the next day.
“I know grandma will so missed you obi?. she said looking back at me.
“I know and I will miss her also. I said relaxing my back as I feel dizzy.
“he really stayed so long with her and I just hope she doesn’t feel lonely too much. I heard my father saying.
I slept off in no time as I saw myself in the previous dream where Ada is being trapped. I tried standing up under the tree as I realized I couldn’t move. I began to force myself to get up and was screaming when Ada suddenly looked up and shouted that I shouldn’t try to move.
“Noooo obi stay there!!!!. she shouted.
I saw her got whipping as she cried still calling on me not to move. I drag myself forward as I have forgotten the deep pit.
“please don’t move!!! don’t move!!!!. she shouted.
“I’m coming for you. I screamed out and dragged my body in which I stumbled down.

I faintly heard her screamed.
I opened my eyes suddenly at the screamed of my mother.

I couldn’t say this is what really happened as I realized the tumbling of our car into a pitch.

I opened my eyes seeing Ada at my front looking so sad as she lifted me up with her tears dropping on my body. I tried calling her name and realized my voice was gone and tried touching her face when I heard my name being called in which my eyes got opened and saw my grandma sitting beside my bed in the hospital ward.
“what is going on?. I asked and realized my grandma doesn’t hear me as well as she jumped up in excitement thankfully that I’m back to life.
She ran out and came in with the doctor who checked me over and faced my grandma that she should be thankful and hopeful that my voice should be returned that I can only hear her.
“it will…it will!!! ooo doctor! I know my God doesn’t sleep, he will revive his voice back and he Shall speak eheee!.
I wanted to ask about my parents to know if they’re alive but there’s no way she can hear me.
“oh! God. why will my parents and grandma not listen to the pastor and mad woman? they don’t know that God has used two people to warned them but, they neglected it and see it to be nothing. but why?
Why would I fall into the trap of being in promised fulfill for mama Ada oat ?
Is it a crime that I fell in love with Adaobi?
Why will the Reverend father says I can save her if I can be brought down to the church when it’s said that I will be used in return to fulfill promise?.
Why is Ada always Keen to save me? why can’t she let them have me so that she can be safe.

I closed my eyes tightly biting my lips in tears while wishing for the right answers to all my questions.

Mama fashion
She stood at the front of mama Ada house shouting that she as finally achieved what she wanted as Emeka mother draw her back from doing so.
“mama ogechi! mama ogechi stop this now, don’t try to put yourself into what you can’t finish ooo. she said pulling her back as she flung herself from her as she cried.
“don’t tell me to be quite mama Emeka! they will think is like the one they did doing my late husband. just let me tell you something! if anything should happen to my grandson and his parents, ha! you will forever see yourself to blame.
“ha! mama ogechi! it’s not everything you will let the hunter know as not to get you! if perventually God want to still restore your daughter and her husband life then, you shouldn’t be saying all this now until they’re back to life. she said to her quietly.
“no! leave me alone!!! let her hear me very well so that she will know I’m not here to play with her.
“do you realize you’re only fighting yourself, because she can even deny knowing nothing about their accident.
“ehn! I know she will say it of course! but, she should just take that her useless for nothing ogbanje child who is acting crazily this days back to where she begged her from!!!.

“what is going on here?. Ada father said coming out.
“call out your useless wife and daughter. mama fashion shouted at him.
“I don’t understand you because I have been hearing your voice while inside.
some people are now out standing looking at the scenario confusing on what is happening.
Mama Ada showed from behind with her daughter Ada carrying tray on her head.
“what is happening?. Mama Ada asked in which mama fashion jumped at her and started punching her.
“leave my grandson alone! leave him alone!.
Ada moved back as she has know what is going on already and purposely hit her mother leg as she fell to the ground.
“mama sorry I didn’t know. she said going towards her father as mama fashion draw her back to beat her in which she flung her body away from her and mama fashion hit her buttock on the ground.
Ada ran back to her and tried to lift her up in which she pushed her away as she fell and mama fashion ran to carry some water in a bowl place beside their house and pour it on Ada repeatedly.
Ada screamed around in which her mother angrily bounced on Mama fashion as they fight. Ada father and some others tried to separate them but it went wrong when they all noticed Ada sudden changed as she dashed towards mama fashion and her mother.
“HOW DARE YOU!!!!!. She said audibly as people took to their heels including mama fashion.

she shouted running back home as she saw a mighty hand about landing on her.
