Sorry I kept you waiting.. Sandra apologized smiling
You gave him your number Sandra,I don’t want to see you cry over a guy again oo.. Khloe warned
Please let’s go we are already late.. Sandra said and dragged her
You’re smiling Sandra.. Khloe told her during their break period
Khloe you won’t understand that guy is damn cute,I think I’m falling in love… She said
Khloe dropped the bottle water she was holding and sat opposite Sandra looking deeply into her eyes
You’re joking right? Khloe asked with a straight face
I’m not joking Khloe, believe me darling.. Sandra replied
Khloe stared at her for a while and nodded smiling
Khloe you need to see the phone this guy is using just imagine him getting me the exact type of it.. Sandra said
I love your imagination madam but be careful remember what happened the last time.. Khloe advised going back to work
Sandra was busy pressing her phone since customers weren’t coming, she looked up and saw Michael the guy she gave her number earlier that day
He entered with his two friends,they sat down gisting all of a sudden Michael started talking about the girl he met earlier
Guys I think I’ve fallen for her ooo, she’s damn pretty mehn.. Michael told them
His two friends stared at him and started laughing
What’s funny? He asked them
You just met someone today and you’re fallen for her already,is she a witch? Edozie asked laughing
Sandra stood up from where she sat and went to meet them
Please place your orders.. She interrupted
The three guys looked up and saw Sandra staring at them
Hey! Michael said waving at her
Sandra waved back at him,He asked his friends to excuse them and they did looking at him with their side eyes
Will you be chanced tonight? He asked massaging her fingers
Yes, please I’m at work I don’t want my boss to catch us just give me a call when you’re ready.. Sandra told him
Michael nodded and kissed her fingers, Sandra blushed and left him she ran to meet Khloe who was attending to customers
Sandra patiently waited for her to finish, when she was done Sandra started gisting her
Khloe looked at her from head to toe and started laughing
You’re going out today Sandra, you just met this guy ooo.. Khloe said
Babe forget that thing abeg,I’ll get you something when coming back.. Sandra said
What will you tell your mum if she demand to know where you are going to? Khloe asked cleaning the spoons with a serviette
Khloe I’m no longer a kid,I’m twenty five for crying out loud eh,my parents won’t marry me ooo.. Sandra said
Khloe swallowed a lump of spit and sat down pressing her phone with looking at Sandra
Sandra touched her hair and left humming to herself
Sandra and Khloe got back home,they heard their mothers voices from afar,they were actually quarreling again while their fathers was trying to calm them
Sandra entered her room, she quickly took her bath, dressed up and left the house without talking to anyone
Khloe met her outside and confronted her
“Our mothers are quarreling and you’re going out” Khloe told her
I can’t trade this guy for anything oo, I can’t even sleep here tonight.. Sandra replied
Seems like I’ll join you because I don’t even understand what is going on here,my mum is just a trouble maker.. Khloe said
I’ll wait for you but please be fast.. Sandra replied and sat down waiting for Khloe
Khloe rushed inside took her bath got dressed and came outside
“Where are you heading to?” Khloe’s father asked
Dad! Khloe called shivering
Where are you going by this time of the night? He asked again
Sandra took to her heels while Khloe joined her in the race,they got to a shop and stopped waiting for Michael to come pick them
They waited for an hour before Michael showed up with his friends, Sandra and Khloe entered the car with their dusty legs
Michael stared at Sandra’s leg and then Khloe,he started laughing and signaled his friends to take a look
What happened? Your legs are dusty.. Michael asked still laughing displaying his thirty two teeth
Sandra looked at her leg and shouted using her palm to wipe it off, Khloe didn’t mind she was enjoying the air condition
They got home early the next day, their parents were outside the compound waiting for them
Clara was already crying calling Sandra names for taking her daughter out without their consent
The two ladies entered the compound and stood staring at their parents
Whare are you ladies coming from? Sandra’s dad Eze asked
Where did you take my daughter to? Clara shouted
She didn’t take me to anywhere,we went to work mum.. Khloe lied
Which work Khloe? Her dad asked
Dad we went to work, someone threw a big party last night so our boss asked us to come.. Khloe replied biting her fingers
Mary dragged Sandra inside while Clara dragged her daughter to their room leaving their husbands outside
