Madam Cecilia marveled at the birthmarks on Wealth’s body which are similar to that of Mary
“Madam hope nothing?” Deni asked
“Nothing sir I’m just admiring her beauty. Please, sir, I have a question?”
“Go ahead”
“Please I want to know if I can move in here with you because my place is very far from here”
“There’s no problem if you chose to stay, we have enough rooms”
“Thank you, sir”
Elijah and his roommate were eating when Rebecca walked in
“Mama, how are you doing?”
“I’m doing fine” she snubbed his roommate. “I’ve called an event planner concerning our wedding, that’s what I’ve come to tell you”
“Event planner? Rebecca is too early, I remember telling you I just started a one-year skill acquisition program, please I would love to finish that before we start any preparation, Ok?”
“Please what skill are you acquiring if I may ask,” she asked mockingly
“Electrical Repairs and Installation”
“Whatever!” She stepped out angrily
“Elijah you will not marry this girl not when I’m alive,” His roommate said not knowing Rebecca was still at the door, she heard all he said.
“So this guy has been the one influencing Elijah, you won’t be alive as you have said” She walked away.
Mary’s mum could not take her eyes away from Wealth as many thoughts flashed through her mind “There’s something strange about these people, that lady doesn’t look like a nursing mother. This child doesn’t even look like any of them. Should I be bothered about this but where is my daughter?”
She called the attention of her son who had come to visit her
“Caleb tell me who did this girl resemble?”
“She resembles aunty Mary and her Dad”
“Have you seen her Dad before”
“Yes Aunty Mary use to show me his picture”
“Hmmm” She inhaled deeply.
Some weeks later Deni’s girlfriend set to return to her school.
“Aunty I will miss you,” Madam Cecilia said
“I will always come every weekend I can’t leave my boyfriend” They all laughed.
Mary was leading morning devotion as usual when the power of God came upon her. She began to speak in tongues. By the time she came back to her real self, she and the other patients were already healed.
“What happened here” she asked
“Mary we should be asking you. We all are healed!! They screamed jumping up and trying to do the things they could not do before.
The Caregiver stood perplexed.
Deni and her girlfriend had an accident immediately Mary got healed. They died on the spot.
Some of his family members after hearing the news went to his house to pack his things.
“Who are you” One of them approached Madam Cecilia
“I’m their house help”
“Your service is no longer needed here your boss is dead”
“No he’s not dead, he just left here not quite long with his girlfriend”
“Both of them had an accident”
“No!” She screamed “God what is all this, when I thought God has answered my prayer”
“Madam leave please,”
she backed Wealth and pick few of her clothes
“Mummy why are you carrying the baby,” Caleb asked.
“Shut up, Do you hear them say anything about the baby, They don’t even know he has a child. They went back to her sister’s house.
The government had come to Inspect the miracle that happen in the rehabilitation center they took pictures with them and gave each of them a sum of 1 million naira. While this was going on. The caregiver had gone into hiding to call one of her friends.
“Hello Ore mi, (my friend) it has happened, the lady I told you about, her dream has come to pass. All the patients here are healed, in the next 2months that girl will be a person of great influence in this country”
“Joy why are you disturbing yourself, let’s divert her destiny, let’s take the ministry and give her prostitution” Both of them laughed “I will send Madam Ben’s number to you now”
“Thanks my good friend” she ended the call.
Madam Ben was a human trafficker, she has sold out many young ladies as s*x slaves.
“Congratulations Mary” The Caregiver hugged her, “I’m so happy for you. one of my friends informed me now that she wishes to host you at her church in the united kingdom
“Wow, I’m so happy to hear this, thank you ma”
“In the next two weeks, everything needed will be ready
I would also like you to stay with me till your papers are ready”
“Thank you ma, I can’t wait to travel abroad, it will be a dream come true” She leaped for Joy
