EPISODE 11
“How much are you collecting?” the caller asked
“25 million is ok”
“What! Madam you are a thief, na you born the pikin? I’m paying you because she’s under your care and she trusts you, to collect the baby from her will not be difficult. I will forward the venue to you, bring the baby and go home with your money” She ended the call.
She woke up as early as possible the following morning and walked quietly to the room she laid Favour and her child. Fortunately, she couldn’t find them.
“Where is this lady where did she go with her baby, I left both of them here” she stepped out to the street asking passers-by her whereabout. “Did she hear my conversation last night? Oh 12million can not go like that I must find her”
Silas fled to Ghana. Serpentine women kept decreasing, fear gripped the rest as Pamela employed more security men to guard her. “Over 20 members are dead. The lady I introduced to the group months ago is also dead Kakamura is not doing anything about it. And now Silas left the country without informing me, I should have killed him a long time ago” she thought.
A few days before the election Pamela went out for a rally and she was happy people turned up for her. She was interviewed as well, she promised the people good governance, good roads, reduction in the price of commodities, 24hours light, free education, and free health care. She also made provisions to buy votes.

Fast forward to her first day in the office Kakamura brought her an agenda, she glanced through, “I can’t do, and I will never do this” she returned the agenda
“You won’t dare me, Pamela, don’t forget I made you whom you are today, do you know sacrifices that were made to put you on that seat?”
“Kakamura, I don’t know and I don’t want to know, this is wickedness for crying out loud ”
“You don’t have a choice” she returned it to her and walked out
“This will be too much on the citizens” She murmured.
