EPISODE 10
He followed the Nurse
“Welcome sir” the Doctor offered him a seat “Are you her son?” He asked
Silas heaved “Yes I am, I hope she’s fine”
“She is fine but she needs more attention and care, I’m telling you this because she’s your mother. She’s HIV positive”
“What! Doctor!” He flared up, holding the Doctor by his shirt “What did you say?”
“The Nurses held him preventing him from hurting the Doctor”
He left there to Pamela’s bed “tell me you don’t know you are HIV positive?”
“I’m sorry Silas to God who made me I’m not aware”
He was about strangling her when the Nurses dragged him out of their hospital. He went to the nearest bar, crying while drinking. “The problem is not me, is Favour how am I sure have not given her HIV? I know she’s somewhere safe” He sobbed. His phone rang, is one of Nicho’s boys
“Hello, we have found Nicho,” he said crying
“Why are you crying? what happened to him,” Silas asked curiously
“We found him dead and some parts of his body missing”
“No!” He dropped the phone “I’m doomed” the next thing he heard was gunshots “He dodge all the bullets” there, a message entered his phone, he clicked to read; “Whatever you did to Nicho will not be forgiven”
“I didn’t kill Nicho” he cried out where he was hiding he waited till nightfall before heading back to Pamela’s place “I can’t go back to grandma I’m beginning to fear her”
Pamela frowned as she sighted him “Tell me, the drama you performed in the hospital, what’s it all about?, how am I sure you are not the one that infected me”.
Silas stared at her angrily. He left her place and lodged in a hotel. He began to process traveling out of the country. “Let me move before Nicho boys find me”

Mama Tolu; The woman who owned the provision store where Favour regularly had her meals, became worried. She has not seen her for days.”Have not seen that my friend for some days now I hope she’s fine” she spoke with one of her customers
“You mean that madwoman, why don’t you check on her I know where she normally sleeps”
“I will be happy if you can take me there,” Mama Tolu said locking her shop they headed to an uncompleted building.
They met Favour groaning in pains she smiled as soon as she
sighted them, that was her little way of saying thank you.
“Her baby is coming” Mama Tolu moved closer to help her. After a few minutes of travailing, she delivered a baby girl.
Mama Tolu took Favour and the child to her place. At exactly 9 pm of that same day, she received a call.
“Hello who is on the line”
“We will know ourselves better, I think my identity should be hidden, for now, I need help from you, if you can render the help, I will give you 12million Naira”
“What! What help” Mama Tolu was shocked hearing such amount of money
“I need a day old baby and I was told you have one”
There was silence for some minutes
“12 million? I will consider if you can add to the money” Mama Tolu broke the stunned silence
