Nursing my mother inlaw 3
My husband started doing the things I refused doing for his mum, he was angry with me and wasn’t talking to me for days, I didn’t give a dam cause I was seriously tired of how they made me feel.
One early morning I heard my husband murmuring inside Mama’s room, I peep and saw him mopping pee on the floor, mama had pee again on herself,my husband felt so irritated all through the process, he was washing his hands a spitting like a pregnant woman.
He couldn’t even wash the wrappers daily as I used to so they got the room smelling bad, he didn’t even know the kind of meals to feed mama so her situation got so bad daily that mama became paralyzed and couldn’t move.
My husband then asked his sisters to take weekly turns in coming to take care of mama.
I was still silent though I pitied the woman.
My house became so untidy and was very stuffy but I still didn’t care.
They all started seeing me as a wicked person, my sister in-law couldn’t even help mama wear or change her adult diapers, they started quarrelling among them selves and even wanted to take mama back to the village and employ someone to do the job, they go to the village yet no one accepted the offer even though the pay was good so I personally went again to tell them I’ll take care of mama, I brought mama back to my house and started all over again.
Yes I was taking care of mama so well that my house neat standard wasn’t dropped, I monitored everything and also massage Mama’s hand the was paralyzed till her BP reduced and gradually mama was able to stand up and walk using a staff, my sister in-laws and husband were so shocked at the improvement, they apologized and I forgave, mama has gone so far in recovering.
I am not perfect,I am not a saint but truth is that most of the people we hate for no reasons are the people that can help and give solution we need.
