Episode 7
Pastor Ezekiel dragged Ify’s b*dy and hid it under the table, he covered it with the bl**d stained bedsheets and left the room. He went back to the bedroom he shared with his wife, and luckily she was still sleeping. He laid on the bed and kept thinking of how to dispose the b*dy without a trace, then an idea popped into his head. Few minutes later he heard a knock on the door, and he went to open it, he saw three of the church elders standing with their bibles right beside them. After some pleasantries, they reminded him they had a prayer session that morning. Pastor Ezekiel walked in, brushed his teeth, and joined them in the church vestry and the prayer started, but his mind wasn’t there, all he thought about was how to dispose Ify’s b*dy.
They prayed for more than three hours, then the prayer ended, the elders left to their houses. Pastor Ezekiel was about leaving when he saw Ify’s mother outside the church building. he strolled to where she was, and with a smile he inquired if everything was okay. Mama Ify sadly replied with a no. She told him how she chased Ify out of the house yesterday night, and how she thought she would be at her friend’s house, but she went there and they confirmed Ify wasn’t there. Pastor Ezekiel’s heart skipped a thousand bits but he had to comport himself. He consoled her and told her to go home, stating that Ify was somewhere enjoying herself and would be back when she got tired. Mama Ify left and hoped to see her daughter soon.
Pastor Ezekiel returned to his office and locked himself in there and waited anxiously for night to come. Finally night came, at about 12am pastor Ezekiel walked briskly to Ify’s room, he threw his bible on the bed, and Carried Ify’s b*dy still covered in the bedsheets in a bridal style, he tiptoed to the corridor, looked sideways to see if someone was looking, when he was sure no one was looking, he proceeded where he would b*ry her.
