WILD OBSESSION
Episode 6
On Friday evening, Frank came back after spending two weeks in Portharcourt.
Sarah was so excited to see him. She rushed and hugged him passionately. It was as if he’d been away forever.
“You are welcome sweetie,” she said as she collected one of the bags he carried.
“Thank you my darling, how are you doing?”
“I’m fine,” she said while carrying the bag to his bedroom. Frank followed her.
When he got to his room, he removed his clothes and quickly, dashed into the bathroom.
After that cool shower, he ate some food and dozed off.
Later on that night, Sarah also went to bed.
She saw that Frank was still asleep, She kissed his forehead and allowed him to rest because he needed it. She slept off afterwards.
The next morning, they both got up early and prayed together.
After the morning devotion, Frank brought out his laptop and some documents.
“I left so many tasks undone because I have missed you.”
“That’s lovely.”
“So I want to finish up the tasks here.”
“It’s okay.”
So Sarah left for the kitchen to prepare some meals while Frank faced his laptop to complete the tasks.
When the food was ready, Frank quickly went to the dining room. He ate as fast as possible and went back to his work.
It was becoming unbearable for Sarah but she chose not to speak about it. She rather went and continued doing house chores.
At night, Frank was so exhausted and slept off earlier. When Sarah got to bed, she was annoyed. She tried waking him but he was deeply snoring. Sarah was frustrated and couldn’t sleep immediately.
The following day, Frank continued with his task just like the previous day.
Sarah couldn’t take it anymore, so she walked up to him.
“Frank, we need to talk.”
“Talk? What are we talking about?”
“You haven’t had time for me ever since you came back. We haven’t even had a good time like the couple that we are.”
“I’ll make it up to you tonight, okay?”
“We have a whole lot to talk about.”
“We will do that later, okay.”
“Okay,” Sarah said grudgingly and left.
Frank continued his work
Later in the evening, they were both in bed. Sarah started caressing him gently. He was too tired to reciprocate but he needed to fulfil the promise he made to his wife.
So he just climbed her and thrust in and out for a few minutes and got down.
Soon after he dozed off.
Sarah just watched him in resentment as he snored.
She barely slept that night.
The following morning being Monday, Frank got up early and was already preparing to go out. When he saw that Sarah was awake, he then walked up to her.
“Honey, sorry I slept off last night and couldn’t tell you I wasn’t going to come home today. I’ll be going to another branch of our company in Abuja and I’ll spend a couple of days there before coming back.”
Sarah was speechless
“Did you hear what I just said?”
“I heard you,” Sarah muttered.
He didn’t ask for breakfast because he was in haste. He just went close to her, kissed her forehead and left.
Sarah sat on the bed bewildered.
“What sort of thing have I gotten myself into? I’ve yearned to be with him all the while and this is what I’m getting. How long will I endure this?”
A few days later, Sarah was all alone in the house. She didn’t want to tell Ify, her neighbour to come over because she didn’t want her to know what was going on.
Soon after, she decided to check on those sites she usually visited back then.
“Let me just see one or two of these videos to calm myself down and I’ll stop.”
That was how she spent the whole day watching the videos and stimulating herself.
She couldn’t do any chores nor cook as usual, she only ate snacks because she was glued to the sites.
This continued for a few more days. She no longer cared whether her husband came home or not.
They only got in touch over the phone and she feigned like everything was normal.
So one day, someone came knocking at the door. She opened it and it was her neighbour, Ify.
“Neighbour neighbour! Long time!”
“No see, so your hubby hasn’t been around and you never invited me. You are enjoying this loneliness oo.”
“Not what you think, come inside.”
Both of them entered inside and Sarah closed the door.
