Anytime his grandma ask about Favour he would tell her she’s in a psychiatric home.
The campaign for the election began, Pamela’s face was everywhere, “let’s celebrate because you are gonna win” Silas cheered her up.
Pamela called one of his guards “Clean up Kelvin” She wore him an expensive cloth and drove out with him.
Silas confronted her when she returned “You said you love me, but any time you are going out, you will go with Kelvin”
“I don’t want anybody to harm you, that’s why I’m hiding your face you will understand better as time goes on”
Silas went to see Favour. he met Joyce reading some Bible verses to her. “Why are you doing that”
“Good afternoon sir, I realize anything I say this days she repeats them, that’s why I’m reading this to her”
“Okay continue” He watched them.
“The Lord will render vengeance to my adversaries and will be merciful unto me” Favour repeated playfully
Silas was just smiling as Favour continued reciting the verse
“Excuse me I want to have a moment with my wife”.
“Okay sir” Joyce went out.
“Favour, I will revenge okay? I’m just waiting for the right time?” He cried.

Joyce left Favour one afternoon to buy some drugs, by the time she returned, she could not find her. “Favour!” she called severally “Where will she go, this is not the first time I’m leaving her. What will I tell her husband?”. She called Silas.
Silas rushed down “What the hell are you telling me, I ask you to take care of someone, you left her or what are you telling me” He entered the street and began looking for Favour.
Favour had worked some miles away from that vicinity, she created her own space in an uncompleted building the particular verse Joyce told her was what she kept saying; “The Lord will render vengeance to my adversaries, and will be merciful unto me” she danced to it.
Silas became a shadow of himself, after searching for Favour for a whole month and no traces of her.
“Silas you have changed seriously, Is there anything you want me to do that I’m not doing,” Pamela asked with so much concern.
“You hide so many things from me” Silas answered
“No, just that this is not the time to say them”.
He went out to drink, and get things off his mind. He met a guy at the bar where he was drinking.
“Hello man, I’m Nicho” he stretched his hand for a shake.
“I’m Silas”
“I see you need a company, hope all is well”
“My wife, she is mad, pregnant and now she’s missing. I’m sorry for telling you this”
“No, is fine a problem shared is half solved”
“And I know the person behind my predicament, I want revenge, my spirit and soul wants it badly but I don’t know where to start from”
“Then you join us”
“What do you do,” He asked
“I have a group we rob and assassinate people, you join and get them killed”
Silas kept mute for a moment, “I’m in.” They shook hands again
Nicho introduced him to the group members. “Welcome to the Night Walkers,” They said hugging him.
He headed home and went straight to Pamela’s room. He carried the book containing the names of the Serpentine women
“Hmm Kakamura” he called “that should be their leader, she and Pamela will be the last, let me start alphabetically. He made a copy of the book and returned the original. “Vengeance is mine” He exclaimed.
