THE BRIDE’S TEST
EPISODE 6(END)
Ella stormed out of the compound, her anger and hurt still simmering. She couldn’t believe Bryan’s deception. She felt betrayed and hurt, and she didn’t know if she could ever forgive him
As she walked away, her brother noticed her leaving in anger and ran after her. “Ella, wait! What happened?” he asked, concerned.
Ella explained everything – Bryan’s sudden recovery, his strange behavior, and his confession. Her brother listened attentively and tried to calm her down. “Ella, please come back and hear Bryan out,” he said. “He’s sorry for what he did, and he wants to make things right.”
But Ella was too hurt and angry to listen. She shook her head and refused to go back. “No, I can’t forgive him that easily,” she said. “He broke my trust, and I can’t just forget about it.”
Her brother nodded understandingly. “I know it’s hard, Ella, but please try to see it from his perspective. He was desperate to find true love, and he made a mistake. He’s willing to do whatever it takes to make it right.”
“I need time to think, and I need space. Please, just leave me alone for now, Ella said”
Her brother nodded and put his arm around her shoulders. “Okay, Ella. I understand. Let’s go home and give you some space.”
Meanwhile, Bryan and Mr. David knew they had to make amends. They went to Ella’s house, determined to face the consequences of their actions. When they arrived, they found Ella’s brother sitting with her, trying to calm her down. Bryan and Mr. David exchanged nervous glances, aware that they had a difficult conversation ahead of them.
“Ella, please forgive me,” Bryan said, his eyes pleading for mercy. “I was wrong to test you, and I know that now. I love you for who you are, and I promise to never hurt you again.”
Mr. David added, “Ella, I’m so sorry. I was desperate to find true love for my son, and I went too far. Please forgive us and give us another chance.”
Ella looked at them, her anger and hurt still evident. But she saw the regret in their eyes and the sincerity in their apology. She took a deep breath, considering their words.
“I forgive you, Bryan. But promise me one thing – never test me again.” I promise I won’t test you again,Bryan said.
The next day, Mr. David received an invitation from his elder brother, Mr. Joshua, for his son’s introduction ceremony. He went along with his son Bryan and soon-to-be daughter-in-law Ella to the occasion. As they arrived, Mr. Joshua greeted them warmly.
“Ah, my dear brother, it’s so good to see you!” Mr. Joshua exclaimed, shaking Mr. David’s hand.
“Thank you, my brother,” Mr. David replied. “It’s great to be here. Congratulations on your son’s upcoming wedding!”
Just then, Mr. Joshua’s son, Mr. David’s nephew, came over to greet them. “Uncle David, it’s so good to see you!” he said, hugging his uncle.
“Ah, my dear boy, it’s great to see you too!” Mr. David replied. “I hear you’re getting married soon. Congratulations!”
As they exchanged pleasantries, Mr. Joshua cleared his throat to get everyone’s attention. “Okay, let’s get started. I want to introduce my son’s bride-to-be… Sophia!”
As Sophia was brought forward, Mr. David’s eyes widened in shock. It was the same woman who had stolen from him and Bryan!
“Sophia?” Mr. David exclaimed, his voice stern. “What is going on here?”
Sophia looked nervous, but she tried to compose herself. “Ah, Mr. David, please forgive me… it was all a mistake… the devil’s work, I swear!”
But Mr. David was having none of it. He turned to his brother, his eyes blazing with anger. “Joshua, what is going on here? This is the same woman who stole from me and Bryan!”
Mr. Joshua’s face fell as he realized the situation. “Ah, David, I had no idea… I’m so sorry…”
But before he could finish, Mr. David had already called the police. Sophia was arrested on the spot, begging and pleading for forgiveness as she was taken away.
“Thank you, David, for saving us from her deceit,” Mr. Joshua said, relieved. His nephew nodded in agreement, grateful for his uncle’s sharp instincts.
After the dramatic events at the introduction ceremony, Ella and Bryan’s relationship only grew stronger. They were determined to build a life together, free from deceit and betrayal.
Their wedding was a beautiful celebration of love and commitment. Ella looked stunning in her white gown, and Bryan beamed with joy as they exchanged vows. Mr. David, who had become like a father to Ella, walked her down the aisle and gave her away to Bryan.
As they settled into married life, Bryan’s father, Mr. David, continued to shower Ella’s family with kindness and generosity. He helped Mama Ella expand her small shop into a thriving business, and soon she owned a big shop in town. He also got Ella’s brother employed in a good job, securing their family’s financial future.
Mama Ella was overjoyed to see her family’s life transformed for the better. She thanked Mr. David and Bryan for their love and support.
Ella and Bryan built a happy home, filled with laughter and love. They traveled the world together, exploring new places and experiencing new cultures. They had beautiful children, who brought them even more joy and fulfillment.
Years later, as they sat on their porch, holding hands, and watching their grand children play, Ella turned to Bryan and said, “I’m so grateful for that day you came into my life. You changed my family’s life for good, and I’ll always love you for that.”
Bryan smiled, his eyes shining with love and gratitude. “I’m the one who’s grateful, Ella. You brought light and love into my life, and I promise to always cherish and protect you and our family.”
And so, they lived happily ever after, surrounded by love, family, and the blessings of a life well-lived.
