Continuation… My Wife And I… Finale

As I was returning from work the next day which was Monday, I thought over the gender game that my wife and I had been playing.

I could not continue because it was stressful. The cleaning of the house, cooking morning and evening, running to buy items regularly and the rest was tiresome.

I concluded that I would tell my wife to stop the game and give me the cash, after all, it is obvious that I am the winner.

I reached home and met my wife in the dining drinking Golden More.

I walked to her and knelt down.

“Honeybee, I’m so sorry for not been a good husband. I have always neglected you and refused to assist you in any thing you do even when you are obviously tired. As from today, I will love and cherish you. ” I pleaded.

She looked at me and smiled.

“I’m glad that you have seen your errors. You would tell me that women ought not to receive help from their partners in anything. And that they should always be working, working and working. That was why I came up with this game. ” She said.

She continued. “But we can still continue. It remains about three days. ”

I shook my head, instantly. “No ooo. Abeg ooo. I don’t want to die now. ”

She stretched an envelope to me. I opened it and read the contents.

Tears of joy rolled down my cheeks.

“You’re pregnanṯ? ” I asked joyously.

She nodded. “I had this letter since the first day we started, that was why I came up with the pregnancỳ part. ”

I was shocked. “Wow. But I saw helḹ, sha. You didn’t even pity me, chai. Even my colleagues laughed at me today about the pregnancy stuff. ” I complained.

She smiled and stood from the chair to the kitchen.

I turned to her. “And the money? ”

She walked to me. “Oh yes! Yes, since I’m the winner, you should give me the money. No delay, oya, transfer. ” She handed her phone to me.

It was my turn to laugh. “Which winner? I did everything. You were just eating, drinking and commanding. ”

“But I still did something. I instructed and planned the game. OK, let’s share the money into two ”

“Ehn? You said? ”

“I will pay half and you will also pay half to ourselves or I collect the full money. ” She concluded and walked to the room.

“No way! ” I said, walking behind her.
