Hauwa studied Joe for a while and then he turned to face her. His handsome face held no emotions.
“Rita and I were done the moment you accepted to come home with me Hauwa”.
“But you guys are okay doing it with other people, what’s different now? What changed?” Hauwa asked.
“Well l like you and I know you like me too. I can’t explain it Hauwa. There’s a reason you let me touch you in Rita’s room that night” Joe said
“It would be pointless to deny it but Rita is going to be mร d”
Hauwa added as Joe brought down the pot.
He turned and saw her concern for Rita’s reaction and he kissed her and touched her bum. Hauwa kissed back and they got to screaming and m*****g before eating breakfast.

Hauwa woke to the banging on the door and she quickly tapped Joe.
Joe and Hauwa were scared and they felt Rita had come back. They refused to open the door.
The knocking continued and Joe opened the door
“Good morning brother, we are free Jehovah witness and I would like to share the good news with you”
Joe looked at the guy like how a cat would look at a rat and banged his door. Hauwa laughed.
“Make I find my way before Madam show” Hauwa said and dressed up.
Joe followed her to the junction and stopped a keke for her.
Hauwa turned and kissed Joe before leaving. Surprising Joe and also herself.

Getting home, Hauwa slumped on her bed and a little dust filled the air which made her stand to clean
“Hauwa is that you?”
Segun asked.
“Yes”
“Welcome back, it seems you travelled”
“Yeah sort of”
“Okay, I was a bit worried for you. No one has heard from you for two days. Hope all is well with your parents?”
“And who said I visited my parents?”
“Where else would you have gone?”
“Segun I don’t ask you why fvck those girls like they caused Nigeria’s inflation. I don’t ask you why you do that everyday, do I?. I don’t ask you why you won’t let me sleep in peace many nights in a row. I don’t ask, so why are you asking me these questions?” Hauwa asked fuming visibly angry at the tone in Segun’s voice.
“Wow, Hauwa I was just concerned about you. It’s unlike you to sleep out so I just assumed you went home”
“Unlike me to sleep out? Well with all the s*x happening next door I had to look for my own na. Is that not allowed too or is it unlike me. Talking like he knows me”
Hauwa said and continue her cleaning.
” Hauwa did I do something wrong?”
“Yes you did everything wrong, your constant p******g has led me to a tight situation which when it explodes you will hear”
” Me how? What has my s*x life got to do with any situation?”
“Your s*x life? Why not say your life? Is there any day that goes by that you don’t pound somebody’s daughter?”

“Hauwa, I’ll let you finish cleaning. I’ll come back or you can come to my room let’s talk like adults”
“Me? Hauwa? In your room or any room with you? It’s a lie bros. Dem no go hear my for this hostel”, Hauwa said.
Segun watched her for a while and left to his room.
