π FAMILY HOUSE PROBLEM π

I waited for my husband to come inside the room, so as to tell me when he is renting a New apartment for us, because he has the money, I can’t continue fi.ght.ing with her mom
Immediately he entered inside room, I asked him when are we leaving this house?
His replied to me was, I told my mother and he said, I’m not leaving my father’s house, that I’m the only son, that as it stands now, I’m the father and the son, so with that, I’m not renting any apartments and also my mother, said he wanted me to live with her, so that he will be taking care of me well and monitor everything we are doing, so my darling wife we are not going anywhere, I can’t disobey my mom
Wow! Just wow!, Remember this is not our initial agreement? Are you telling me that I’m going to live with your mom, all the days of my life? Staying in this house is like a h.e.ll, you know very well that me and your mom are not getting along, infact we are not even friends, she di.sl.ike me, how do I cope?
My husband replied to me, darling stop worrying your self, my mom is a good woman, just try get along with her, believe me you will get to like her, please just forget about this issue I’m going downstairs to eat, come let’s go together

I wanted to Clear my mind about this whole issue. Nothing is easy for this life, if this is how marriage is, then I don’t think I’m really ready for it, is alright, let me just dey observe with one leg and one eye
I went downstairs to meet them up, I noticed that my plate is not in the dining table, I asked why, my mother in-law said I should go to kitchen to dish my food, I didn’t say a word, I went straight to the kitchen and dish out my food
After eating I wanted to leave my mother in-law asked me to seat back, so that I can clear the table, I told her that her kids can do that na, the elder one replied to me that, it was my duty as a wife to take care of the house and next time don’t try to talk when mother is talking, after speaking to me she left, my husband couldn’t even say a word, knowing full well that I’m much older than her sister
For peace to reign, I cleaned the table, wash the plates and went straight to my room
Is not up to 30 minutes, my mother called that I should come and Wash her clothes and she doesn’t want me to use washing machine, that she prefers I use hand than machine, I parked the clothes and Wash it, after washing it, she said I should join the maid in the kitchen to prepare dinner fast, I was so tired, but I don’t have a choice, I fOLLOW them to prepare dinner.
After everything in the night, I wanted to give myself a big rest, I went straight to bed, my husband said he want to make love with me, I ignore him, he was tapping me on the back, I shouted at him, that I can take anything from your mother, but you see you, you can’t even try it, after working my a*s out, you want to make love with me, my dear husband go and meet your second wife ( your mother) as you can see I’m tired, I want to sleep, he begged me but I refuse, he let me be
The next day, my mother sack her two maids, according to her, she can’t continue paying people while her son’s wife is here, and again that nonsense work she have to stop it, she needs to be fully a house wife to take care of this house
She called me to come and prepare breakfast for them, that she is leaving for work, I prepare the food, while eating, she said, she have send the maid away and I have to take over their work, you will cook, mob and wash clothes, remember I don’t like washing my clothes with washing machine, you have to make use of your hands
And again don’t stress me, I answered her, alright ma
My husband couldn’t utter a word, well I don’t mind that one again, because he was of no use to me, no need to complain to him, I have to endure, I believe one day she will di.e, she is not going to live forever
I started doing everything like a maid, I don’t have any say in the house, I also wash their children clothes, the only person who assist me is the last born, she is not just my sister in-law, but my friend, her mother have warned her several times to keep away from me, but she refused, she told her mother that I’m a good wife and I shouldn’t be treated like a rag, she also told her mother that, she should also remember that one day they will get married one day, and if someone treat them like this, hope she will like it
Well doing a house chores is no longer my problem, It’s already part of me
My husband always gift me monthly allowance, and I’m saving it, I never know what will happen next, I have to be careful with them, because one day I might pack my bag and leave the house
I keep enduring everything, the worst part is ever since I’m married, me and my husband never talk as husband and wife or even play like a couple, each time he come back from work, he will first enter her mother room, spends some time before he will come to our own room
I’m just like a stranger in my husband’s house, it is well
I have spend 5 months in that house, but it’s seems like 10 years
So one day I’m just in the parlour watching a movie, when my phone ring, I checked and it was my mother in-law, she said, I should go to the market and bought some food stuff to prepare, oha soup and vegetable soup, and store in the fridge and I should also pound yam, that we will have pounded yam with vegetable soup in the night
I quickly went to the market and bought some food stuff and start preparing the food, I have finished preparing the two soup, I’m just boiling the yam, when Vivian come back from God knows where, saying I should prepare indomie for her that she is hungry, I told her that I can’t do it, that if she wants to prepare indomie, she should use the other burner, she said I must stop cooking the yam and prepare the indomie for her fast
We are still, arguing about the issue, when she slap me, I couldn’t endure it I slapped her back, that is how we started fighting each other, I make sure I gave her the beating of her life, she quickly Rush inside her room and lock the door
Well I let her be, as I was inside the kitchen cooking, I don’t even know when she enter the kitchen and hi.t my he.a.d with b.ot.tle, bl.o.od start gushing out from my body, before you know it, I fainted
I later see my self in the hospital, with my husband sitting beside me, as I was asking my husband what happened, he said that, thank God you are alive sweetie, it was the help of our last born and driver, after Vivian st.ab me, she left me in p.oo.l of b.lo.od, thank God that, blessing our last born walk in, if not, it would have be another different story
As he was still talking to me, the doctor walk in and handed some envelope to my husband, saying that I lost my 2 weeks pregnancy, because of the incident
I shouted what!!!!!!, So I’m pregnant? I l.o.st my baby because of Vivian, she must surely pay for it, even if it will lead to divo.rce I’m ready for it, I must surely pay her with her own coins
My husband was busy begging me to cool down, that I should please forgive her sister
I shouted at my husband, mummy’s boy just shut up, when adult are talking, you shouldn’t say a word, because you are just a human being, even woman is better than you, so you are not even considering me or even the child that I lost, you are here begging on behalf of your sister, your family have brought out the be.a.st in me, I will so d.e.al with you all, especially you my husband
The doctor said I should take it easy for my self, that I still need enough rest, he gave me some drugs and I was discharged the next day
Reaching house, Vivian is not even in the house, my mother in-law couldn’t even come to hospital to know how I’m doing,. I asked about Vivian they said she run away since that day.
As I enter, my mother in-law said she is pleading on behalf of Vivian, that I should forgive her, that you know she was just a child and the alc.oho.l and s.mok.e she takes, always turn her head upside down
I didn’t even reply her, I went straight to my room, I was thinking on how to d.ea.l with Vivian, even my mother in-law, as she is a w.ick.ed mother in-law, I need to show her that, bad daughter in-law still exist.
