Evil Intentions episode 9

EVIL INTENTIONS PT9

Amaka’s heart practically failed her when she saw a n***d woman in her husband’s arms. They had been in some kind of passionate embrace when she walked in. She couldn’t breath or speak, she just stood there unable to move.

Hope pushed the woman off him.

“My love–my love please, it’s not want you think” Hope pleaded once he realized what was going on.

Amaka thought that was it. She thought she had seen it all and nothing more could faze her until the woman turned.

Amaka had to hold the door to prevent herself from falling. It was Ngozi! standing there n***d in the arms of her husband.

Ngozi watched the whole drama unfold and shamelessly smiled brightly. Her plan worked perfectly. She had been counting on Amaka’s arrival after the text she sent her.

“It was you…so it was you” Amaka screamed. Before anyone could finish processing what she said, she launched at Ngozi and gave her a backhand slap.

Hope didn’t sit and do nothing, he pulled his wife away from Ngozi.

“Get out you witch! you have succeeded in your plan abi? get out” he yelled at her.

Amaka slapped her husband and tried to push him away. His hold on her was like a steel vice, she couldn’t get away from him no matter how hard she tried.

Ngozi laughed like a mad woman as she put on her clothes. She was enjoying the show way too much.

Amaka made to launch at her again but Hope tightened his grip. She fought him off with all her might as she wept loudly.

“With my best friend–my best friend Hope you were sleeping with my best friend” she screamed not caring that there was an audience listening just outside.

“Listen please, nothing happened between us I swear, she planned all th–”

“I saw you, with my two eyes, I saw you–Hoooooope! you have finished me” Amaka interrupted.

“Darling your husband was delicious. Really, why didn’t you tell me that he was that good?” Ngozi prodded.

“Ngozi? I will not say this again–GET OUT!”

When she didn’t budge, Hope had to let go of Amaka (who ran out of the office), and he called security.

They dragged Ngozi out of the building and threw her out. She fell flat but today’s embarrassment didn’t move her. Seeing Amaka cry was a memory she would always remember. She laughed some more, picked herself up and entered her car.

Amaka rushed home. Her heart was in shreds. She couldn’t stop crying. So all along he had been sleeping with her best friend. She blindly entered their room and started throwing her things inside her box.

By the time Hope returned home, she was pulling her boxes out of the house.

“No! Amaka please, you have to hear me out, she planned it all–listen please”

Amaka ignored him but Hope wasn’t letting her go without a fight. He grabbed her arm.

“Let me go! go back to her, shameless man” she shouted chocking her words as tears flowed down her face.

“You are the one I love Amaka don’t do this to me–look I have proof, I can show you now and if you still want to leave after the proof, then I promise, I won’t stop you”

Amaka didn’t know what else he wanted to show her, she had already seen enough proof. All she wanted to do was get away from him but, he looked so desperate and determined.

He led her inside and connected a flash drive to the TV.

Series of videos popped up in the screen.

“This is the CCTV footage of when she came in” he explained.

When they finished, Amaka was practically wailing.

“But why did she do this to me?” she sobbed.

Hope had to recount everything from the beginning….

A few months later, an anonymous letter arrived at Ngozi’s door step, it read;

Ngozi,

By the time you see this, I must have already left the country with my husband.
Yes! with my husband.

It’s funny how I trusted you so much but you still went ahead and tried to destroy my family, steal my husband and trick me into hating my husband. Honestly, I don’t know what I did to you to deserve what you did to me.

I treated you like a sister, shared my deepest and darkest secrets with you and you stab me in the back? You might have failed in ruining my marriage but, you’ve lost me as a friend. I cannot be with someone who hates me enough to make me suffer.

Inspite all you did to me, I want to thank you. Thank you for teaching me an important lesson. I am grateful.

I do hope that you are truly suffering in your bitterness. Because that’s all you are good for.

Remember; WHAT GOD HAS JOINED TOGETHER, LET NO MAN PUT ASUNDER!

Amaka
