Episode 2

As time went on Sarah’s behaviour on campus started changing. She was no longer that church girl who once headed youth fellowship in her church. Her mode of dressing had automatically changed.
She had become wayward even though she didn’t joke with her academics.
Jack also works hard in his academics but plays harder.
He doesn’t miss any lectures but when it comes to parties, he doesn’t miss out too.
Whichever event he was attending, he used to go with Sarah if she was free.
On one occasion, both of them went to a party off campus and someone who knew Sarah from home saw her.
The girl sat in one corner and was watching Sarah and her boyfriend.
Afterwards, she put a call to her people and the information about Sarah’s way of life at the university got to her parents.
One day, Sarah’s parents came to see her in her hostel. They packed their car in front of the hostel and waited for her to come out.
Sarah wore a long skirt and a long-sleeved blouse with a matching scarf to meet them.
When her parents saw her, they were impressed that their daughter hadn’t changed.
“I knew that that girl was lying, I know my daughter won’t change,” Sarah’s mother whispered to her husband.
Sarah ran and hugged them in excitement.
They exchanged pleasantries. They later went into the car and sat down.
“My daughter, remember all that we told you to avoid and again, be careful of the type of friends you keep,” her father said.
Sarah nodded.
“Someone said she saw you at a worldly party,” her mother said.
“Me? Which party? I don’t do such a thing mummy.”
“I knew she must be lying. Never mind.
I’m glad that you still maintained your mode of dressing. Keep it up,” her mother added.
“Thanks, mummy.”
Her father didn’t say anything concerning the information they got.
After discussing with her, they gave her what they brought for her and left afterwards.
“Who could have told my parents about the party? Anyways I don’t care, my parents trust me,” she thought.
As Sarah was going back to the hostel, she saw Jack coming. She waited for him.
“You look awkward Sarah,” he said laughing.
“My parents came,” Sarah cuts in.
“Really and you never told me so I can see them.”
“Never! You want them to kîll me. They don’t know I have a boyfriend and will never know.”
“Seriously?”
“Yes.”
They talked for some time and he later left.
Sarah has made up her mind never to make him known to her parents because of his lifestyle. He’s not the type of man that they would like her to associate with.
Jack and Sarah continued seeing each other.
But there’s something that Sarah had grown to love. She loves watching pörnographic videos. She doesn’t only watch it at Jack’s place but has learnt to visit the sites with her phone.
She visits the site regularly and whenever she’s alone, she practices what she sees there on herself.
She got used to touching herself and her feelings for Jack began to reduce.
Whenever she’s intimate with Jack, she feels he doesn’t meet her sèxual needs. She felt she doesn’t need Jack anymore.
She started avoiding him and wouldn’t pick up his calls.
So one day Jack visited her in the hostel to find out why she was avoiding him.
Sarah was alone in her room when he entered. They exchanged greetings and he sat on the bed.
“Babe, why are you avoiding me? did I do anything wrong?
“No.”
“You have gotten another boyfriend. Right?”
“No.”
“Then what’s the problem?”
“I realized I’ve been going against my parent’s advice. I don’t want to be in any relationship again.”
“Come on, tell me something that I need to hear.”
“I’m serious, I’m not doing it again.”
“You can’t just leave me like that, I think you are hiding something.”
“I’m not hiding anything, just want to be left alone.”
Jack sat for some time and later left.
He kept tracking Sarah to know whether she was going out with someone. But as time went on, he noticed she was not in any new relationship. He decided to let her be.
