Two Best Friends, One Man episode 4

EPISODE 4

Jessica was stranded and desperate, so she decided to call Isabella’s number. She wasn’t sure if Isabella would answer a call from an unknown number, but she had to try. When Isabella finally picked up, Jessica tried to sound as sad as possible. “Isabella, it’s me, Jessica.”

“Which Jessica?” Isabella asked, confused. “Your best friend Jessica,” she replied.

Isabella was surprised to hear from her after all these years. “What’s going on?” she asked. “How’s my son and Dave,my man?” Jessica asked, referring to her child and ex-partner.

Isabella hesitated before saying they were fine. “Why are you calling me, Jessica?” she asked.

“I want you to give me Dave’s number and ask him to forgive me,” Jessica said. “I realize I made a mistake by leaving them, and I love them so much. I’m not complete without them.”

Isabella refused, saying, “I can’t give you Dave’s number. Sorry.” And with that, she hung up the phone.

After Isabella hung up the call, Jessica tried calling again, but Isabella didn’t answer. Isabella became worried and restless, pacing back and forth in her room. When Dave entered the room, he saw Isabella’s distress and asked what was wrong. Isabella ran to him, tears streaming down her face, and hugged him tightly.

“I told you this would happen before we got married,” she sobbed. “Jessica would return one day. She called me today, asking for your number and wanting to see Dave Junior. She said she’s missing you both… Oh, how will she feel when she finds out I married you?” Isabella cried, her fears and anxieties pouring out.

Dave comforted her, wiping away her tears. “Isabella, Jessica is my past. You are my present and future. Don’t let unnecessary people ruin your happiness. Can you smile for me now?” he asked, trying to calm her down. Isabella managed a small smile, and Dave leaned in to kiss her forehead, reassuring her of his love and support.

Jessica managed to find a place to stay and made her way back to the city where she used to live the next day. She had been determined to reconnect with Isabella, and she was not giving up.

She called Isabella again, and this time, Isabella picked up. Jessica pleaded to see her, claiming she was stranded and needed help. Isabella agreed to come see her, and they agreed to meet at a nearby location.

When they saw each other, Jessica ran to hug Isabella, but Isabella’s expression was cold. “You look more beautiful and healthy than ever, Isabella,” Jessica complimented, trying to break the ice.

“Why do you want to see me?” Isabella asked, her tone firm.

“Please, let’s sit down first,” Jessica replied, her eyes gleaming with a hidden agenda.

They sat down, and Isabella demanded, “What do you want, Jessica? I don’t have time for this.”

Jessica grasped Isabella’s hand, “I know you’re angry with me for leaving, but I’m back now, and I want to make amends.” She noticed the ring on Isabella’s finger and exclaimed, “Wait, are you married?”

Isabella nodded, and Jessica congratulated her, feigning happiness. “I’m so happy for you, Isabella. You deserve all the happiness in the world.”

Isabella handed Jessica some money, saying, “You said you were stranded, so I came to help. Please don’t contact me again.”

Jessica took the money, her eyes narrowing as she asked, “What about my son and Dave?”

Just then, Dave called Isabella’s phone, Jessica noticed his name on the screen. She quickly snatched the phone from the table and answered the call. Before she could speak, Dave spoke first, “Hello, baby, I miss you so much… I’ll be working late today, so don’t stay awake, I love you.”

Jessica was surprised and kept quiet, listening to Dave’s loving words. She didn’t expect him to be so affectionate with Isabella.

Jessica’s face changed, looking angry and fierce. “Isabella, are you married to Dave?” she asked loudly.

Isabella demanded, “Give me my phone!” and forcefully took it back from Jessica. She quickly got into her car and sped away, with Jessica following her in a cab, determined to find out where she lived.

Jessica trailed Isabella to her house, her eyes fixed on the address. “So this is where you’re living with my man Dave,” she muttered to herself, a sinister grin spreading across her face. “I’ll deal with you, Isabella, and you’ll regret the day you were born.”

As Isabella entered her compound, Jessica’s eyes scanned the property, taking in the details. She noticed the security cameras and the high walls surrounding the house. She smiled to herself, thinking, “This is going to be easier than I thought.”

With a determined look on her face, Jessica vowed to take back what she believed was rightfully hers – Dave and her son, Dave Junior. Little did she know, Isabella was not one to back down from a fight, and the battle for Dave’s love was only just beginning.
