Episode 1

Jonathan AKA The Jones stared at his phone for the umpteenth time and smiled. He had been waiting for an alert of 15 million Naira from Chief Cosmos for the job he was expected to do for him. He was already tired of waiting and wasn’t sure whether it was network problem or the Chief had changed his mind.

Grabbing his car keys, he walked out of his office, entered his car and headed straight to Sunshine Hotel where he always cooled off with pretty young call girls. He never liked taking girls to his house and preferred sleeping with them in their respective rooms. As he drove, he pondered over his life and how well he had done for himself. To everyone out there, he was nothing but a Dubia returnee who invested in a flourishing Night Club and a fuel station but what people didn’t know was that his source of wealth was far from being legit. He was nothing but a freaking assassin who was so good in his job that he needed no advert in getting clients and he was far from being cheap which made his cliental to be only the rich and famous. He took out anyone that needed to be taken out. It was a job he did perfectly well.

But then how did his life of crime start????

Hmmmmmmmm

Jones started his life of crime all the way back from the university where he belonged to one of the most notorious cult group that rocked the campus and his set was the most brutal ever. He quickly got through the ranks, taking various positions till he became the capon, a position he held for three good years, breaking a record. Yes He was still in the first semester of his third year in the university when he became the Capon by causing one of the most inter wars in his fraternity, WHICH LEFT scores dead.

I guess we all have to go back from the beginning, from the very beginning of his frat days.

Jones was so ambitious to the core, and started eyeing the highest position just a year after joining. a situation other senior frat members noticed and tried to warn the older CAPON who dismissed their fears and felt bringing him close and making him his right hand man was enough to satisfy his hunger. Moreover he was very brutal and an asset so valuable to dispose. Secondly he was already growing his own followers and so the Capon felt making him his right hand man was a good move but he was wrong. Jones was never contented and wanted the highest post at all cost. He wasn’t ready to wait for his turn.

At this time the Black Skulls the fraternity Jones belonged to and the Red bulls a rival frat had been at war for almost five years. In fact it was a war they inherited from their predecessors over control of some territories within the campus back gate. At first the Red bulls were having an upper hand due to their numbers and wealth because most of them were from rich homes but Jones came in changed the tide to their favour. He offhandedly took out ten Red Bullers in different locations within the space of one week, causing panic across the whole school and making more than half of the surviving Red Bullers to leave the school, Thus solving the superiority problem for the black bullets.

And so even though he acted without the permission of the higher ups of his fraternity, there was nothing they could do to him since he acted on the group’s interest and to avoid any revolt, he was instead rewarded with the position of executioner since he had proven to be good at the job. The Capon at that time felt it was the right choice, ignoring the counsel of his advisers.
