One Night of Pleasure, Forever Bound
Episode 1

“Kate, deliver this food to our customer’s residence,” Mr. Eddy instructed. “Afterward, you can head home.”
“Okay, sir, right away,” Kate replied, picking up the food and heading to her motorcycle.
Meanwhile, at George’s mansion, a tense conversation unfolded between George and his grandmother, Mrs. Eve.
“I’ve always taken care of you, George. I raised you after your parents passed away. All I’m asking is for a great-grandchild to continue the Alexander legacy,” Mrs. Eve pleaded.
“Grandma, I’ll get married, but please wait another five years,” George reassured, placing a hand on her shoulder.
Mrs. Eve pushed him away, her voice rising. “You’re 30 years old! Do you want me to d!e before seeing my great-grandchild? I think you’re imp*tent, that’s why you’re avoiding women.”
Just as the argument escalated, Mr. Jace, a trusted friend of George’s late father, arrived. He calmed the situation.
Mr. Jace asked one of the workers to bring water. The worker swiftly returned with a jug of water, and Mr. Jace poured the water into two glasses.
As he handed them out, he engaged Grandma Eve in conversation. “Let’s not rush George into marriage. He might settle for the wrong person.”
George nodded in agreement. Unnoticed by him, Mr. Jace discreetly dropped a tablet into his glass.
“Here, George, drink this,” Mr. Jace said, handing him the tainted water.
Grandma Eve received the other glass, oblivious to the deceit.
George lifted the glass to his lips, taking a refreshing sip. The water tasted slightly off, but he thought it was just his imagination. He continued drinking, quenching his thirst until the glass was empty.
At first, he felt a subtle wave of dizziness, like a gentle spin. George attributed it to hunger, not suspecting a thing.
“Take a drive, George,” Mr. Jace said. “Get some fresh air. I’ll talk to your grandma.”
George nodded, still feeling a bit dazed, and headed towards his car and drove away.
Mr. Jace smiled sinisterly and made a call. “How long will the drug take to work?”
“Thirty minutes, little of time,” the voice on the other end replied.
Mr. Jace ended the call, his smile growing wider.
Mr. Jace laughed evilly. “He’ll join his parents in hell,” he muttered to himself. He got into his car and drove away.
George, still driving, started feeling dizzy. He tried to open his eyes, but his eyelids felt heavy. He lost control of the car and crashed into a tree. The impact sent a large branch crashing onto the car, trapping George inside.
Kate was driving down the same lonely road when she saw the wreckage. She quickly pulled over and rushed to help. With great effort, she pushed the branch away from the car and pulled George out. The car was on fire, and Kate knew she had to act fast.
She called an ambulance, and soon paramedics arrived to take George to the hospital. George was unconscious, unable to see the person who had rescued him.
During the rescue, Kate’s bracelet fell into George’s pocket.
At the hospital, Kate was asked to pay the bills. But she had no money on her. All her savings were in her cousin Ava’s account, and Ava had given Kate her debit card to buy a dress. Kate used the card to pay the hospital bills and then left.
Back home, Kate’s cousin Ava had received an alert about the transaction. Ava’s face twisted in anger as she gathered her parents, Kate’s uncle and aunt, in the living room.
When Kate arrived, her uncle, aunt, and cousin confronted her. “How dare you use Ava’s money?” her uncle shouted, slapping Kate.
Kate explained how she met a stranger in dire need of help. She had used 4 million to cover his hospital expenses.
As soon as she finished her story, her aunt’s expression darkened, and she slapped Kate.
“You threw 4 million at a stranger you don’t even know?” her aunt exclaimed. “You should have left him to die instead of wasting our money!”
Kate’s aunt issued an ultimatum: “Bring back the money within six days, or get out of our house!”
Kate promised to retrieve the funds, but deep down, she was at a loss for how to do so.
Overwhelmed, Kate retreated to her room and eventually drifted off to sleep, weighed down by the task ahead.
*******”THE NEXT DAY*******
The next day, Kate visited the hospital to check on the stranger she had helped. But she was told he had been discharged.
Kate then went back to work, only to be fired by her boss. “You failed to deliver the food yesterday, and now I’ve lost a valuable customer,” he said.
Kate begged for forgiveness, but her boss insisted she leave.
Just as Kate left, Mr. Eddy’s phone rang with a new order. He looked around, but no one was available to deliver it.
He rushed outside and called Kate.
“I’m giving you one last chance,” he said. “If you mess up, you’re done.”
“Kate, go to this address and deliver this food,” Mr. Eddy instructed, handing her the order. “Don’t mess up this time.”
Kate promised to deliver the food successfully and left immediately for the address.
