πΉ KATE πΉ
* Good fortunes come to those who wait *
Quotes have never been my thing but this one in particular gingers my vibe alot. People say it’s not good to crave satisfaction on other people’s misfortunes but I don’t give a f**k. The death of Kevin’s wife has been nothing but good news and music to my ears, I’m glad that the bitch died the way she did, it’s a shame I wasn’t there to see her slow torturous death.
With that being said I don’t like the heat gathering around Kevin, this should be our moment, our time to reconnect and build the future we’ve always dreamed of. With the scandalous post made her Kevin’s in-laws, things just keep getting worst and worst. It’s a shame my cousin Michael can’t do anything to change things around. Nevertheless, I still have to find a way to revert. I have to.
Presently here I was at work working sitting in my office wondering how to help Kevin’s predicament. Its been a couple of hours since I left Michael’s place and since I came here, I haven’t been able to do any work. Whilst I was buried deep in my silent thought, one of my employees came into my office and informed about something.
.
Jessy β‘ Ms. Kate.
.
Kate β‘ What is it, Jessy?
.
Jessy β‘ There’s a man here asking for you.
.
Kate β‘ Okay, send him in.
.
Jessy left immediately and within a matter of seconds, the man asking for me showed up in my office looking well dressed. I could tell right away that he was a cop cause considering what has been going on, I knew one would approach me anytime soon. It’s a good thing I anticipated this.
.
Andrew β‘ Good morning Ms. Kate. I’m detective Andrew.
.
Kate β‘ Good morning Detective, how may I help you?
.
Andrew β‘ Well, I’m here to ask you a few questions. I won’t take long.
.
Kate β‘ Okay. What is it you want to know?
.
Andrew β‘ Where were you during midnight hours two nights ago ?
.
Kate β‘ I was in my house sleeping.
.
Andrew β‘ Sleeping you say?…
.
Kate β‘ Yes.
.
Andrew β‘ Do you know this man? (shows picture of Kevin)
.
Kate β‘ Yes. I know him.
.
Andrew β‘ Are you aware of his situation?
.
Kate β‘ Of course. It’s unfortunate what happened to him.
.
Andrew β‘ Is it true that you invited him to you house?
.
Kate β‘ Yes but he called me first and told me that he wanted to see me.
.
Andrew β‘ And what did he tell you?
.
Kate β‘ He said he wanted to see me. That’s all.
.
Andrew β‘ What happened when he came over?
.
Kate β‘ We had s*x and it was amazing.
.
Andrew β‘ You know he’s married yet you slept with him?
.
Kate β‘ It just happened.
.
Andrew β‘ The suspect told you that you were once romantically involved which makes me to wonder…
.
Kate β‘ Wonder about what?
.
Andrew β‘ Do you hate his wife?
.
Kate β‘ Of course I hate her. She stole him from me.
.
Andrew β‘ So tell me, do you have anything to do with her death?
.
Kate β‘ (laughs) Oh please. No. I’m not the crazy.
.
Andrew β‘ Well, it does make sense. He was your lover once, he got stolen from you and out of anger you killed his wife to have him all to your self.
.
Kate β‘ (laughs) Wow.. You really think you have it all figured out, don’t you? Listen detective. If I wanted to kill that bitch, I would have done it a long time ago and why would I risk putting Kevin in this mess that he’s in especially now that I have a chance with him.
Mr. Man, I suggest you go dig harder and find out the truth. I didn’t kill Kevin’s wife but I’m glad she’s dead. She deserved what she got after what she did to him. Now if you don’t have questions for me, I’d like you to leave.
.
Andrew β‘ Okay but I’ll be back.
.
Kate β‘ Oh, you’re welcome anytime.
.
Andrew β‘ Have a good day.
.
Kate β‘ You too.

πΉ ANDREW πΉ
God, being a detective isn’t easy. Just you think you have something, another thing pops up. Kevin’s case is one big twisted mystery cause there are many dots and each one is different than the rest. At first, I assumed he was the killer considering that fact the he had learnt about his wife’s infidelity which was enough to devastate any normal man but then there’s this Kate lady who happens to be his ex. I’ve never a woman like her, everything about her just is a major red flag.
After interrogating her, my instincts told me that she’s the killer but still evidence which unfortunately there’s none. Even if I were to arrest her as a suspect, there was nothing that would point her as the killer cause she was clean. Something isn’t just right about this.
Presently, here I was in a restaurant enjoying a bowl of goat meat pepper soup π² and whilst I was in the middle of chewing a chunk of meat in my mouth, a seductive lady approached and stood before long. I swallowed the meat instantly as I observed her voluptuous physique. She was damn too hot.
.
Rachael β‘ Greetings Detective.
.
Andrew β‘ Hello, how’d you know I’m a detective?
.
Rachael β‘ Your boss told me you were the one handling my client’s murder mystery.
.
Andrew β‘ Yes, yes.. What’s your name?
.
Rachael β‘ Rachael. Nice to meet you.
.
Andrew β‘ Me too. Have a seat.
.
Rachael β‘ Thank you.
.
Andrew β‘ Uhm, would you like me to order something for you?
.
Rachael β‘ No thanks. I’m good.
.
Andrew β‘ Okay so, why are you here?
.
Rachael β‘ I would like us to be working on this case together. I’m trying to make sure that my client isn’t convicted.
.
Andrew β‘ You believe he’s innocent?
.
Rachael β‘ As if I care. I’m just doing what I’m paid to do.
.
Andrew β‘ And what makes you think I’d work with you on this?
.
Rachael β‘ Oh, I can be very persuasive when I need to.
.
Andrew β‘ How persuasive?
.
In that moment, Rachael took one of the meat in my soup and gently placed it inside her mouth and began to chew in gently and as soon as she was done chewing it, she swallowed it and began to s**k her soup stained finger tips in a seductive manner. It didn’t take me that long to realize what she meant by doing that but what came next took me completely by surprise. Whilst Rachael was s*****g her fingers, I felt her foot touching my lower region and her toes were slowly caressing my d-ck. I felt turned on in that moment and I got hard instantly. I was excited that I was going to hit this bitch hard where she deserves it but then…
.
Rachael β‘ You get what I mean?
.
Andrew β‘ Loud and clear. So what do you have in mind?
.
Rachael β‘ Partner up with me and your upcoming future nights won’t be spent alone.
.
Andrew β‘ Are you bribing me?
.
Rachael β‘ Am I?
.
Rachael and I stared at each other silently after that, I wanted to know what kind of game she’s playing but there’s no way in hell I’d pass up this opportunity to taste this honey pot right in front of me. Just as I was about to give Rachael my answer, everyone in the restaurant began to murmur turning towards the direction of the flat screen and before long someone shouted for the volume to be raised.
In that moment, Rachael and I turned out attention towards the flat screen and we saw something unbelievable. Here before our very eyes, pictures of Kevin’s deceased wife and her lover doing kissing and other things showed on the screen making everyone to buzz about it. Before long, some of the people’s phones in the restaurant began to bling out tweet tones.
.
Rachael β‘ (chuckles) My goodness. Someone is making a pitch for our dear suspect. I knew this case is going to be very interesting.
.
Andrew β‘ Absolutely but this isn’t going to exonerate him.
.
Rachael β‘ No matter, I’ll take care of that. So have you thought about my proposal?
.
Andrew β‘ What do you want to know?
.
Rachael β‘ Everything and everyone you’ve questioned.

πΉ WRITER’S POV πΉ
Here inside the family home of the deceased Ty, his mother cries over his demise and amidst her tears, she insults and curses the one behind his gruesome but unlike others who blame Kevin, she focuses her on own compass of blame on Antonia.
.
Juliana β‘ I told that boy to stay away from that prostitute but he didn’t listen. Now see the outcome. Oh my poor boy, she seduced him to his death. Ahh, God may that bitch burn in hell.
.
Emeka β‘ Mama, she didn’t kill him. Her husband did. He’s the one to blame.
.
Juliana β‘ No.. I can’t blame him not after what your stupid brother and his unfaithful wife did to him. How would you have reacted if you were in his position.
.
Emeka β‘ So you’re supporting the man that killed your son.. My own brother!?
.
Juliana β‘ IF YOUR STUPID BROTHER HAD LISTENED TO ME, HE MIGHT STILL BE ALIVE!!!
.
Jacob β‘ Emeka sit down! Your mother is right. Your brother has never been the listening type and he’s always gotten himself into lots of mess. Unfortunately, he can’t get out of this mess.
.
Emeka β‘ I won’t sit here and let that murderer get away with this.
.
Jacob β‘ Boy, will you shut up!? Who are we to have a say in this? Our family is not rich.
.
Emeka β‘ We have to seek justice!
.
Jacob β‘ That we will but don’t try and do anything stupid. Your brother brought this upon us. He has brought shame to us. Now look, his affairs with another man’s wife has been spread all over and now people will be mocking us. Better shut your mouth and stay as you are.
.
Emeka β‘ If what my brother did was true then we’re in-laws to his deceased lover. We have to reach out to them.
.
Juliana β‘ God forbid. I will not associate myself with those people. How can you even suggest such a thing, Emeka? In fact, what makes you think that they’ll accept us as their in-laws?
.
Jacob β‘ Boy better keep quiet and listen to your mother. Don’t let your brother’s foolishness fool you. Just because those kids have his blood doesn’t mean our in-laws will accept us. This is how bitter and ugly the balance of life is, the rich don’t want anything to do with the poor.
.
Emeka β‘ You can’t expect us to do nothing and forget about the kids as if they’re not part of us.
.
Jacob β‘ Until our relatives reach out to us, that’s what we’re going to do. Period.

With the latest news spreading like wildfire, Jonathan’s household soon got to hear about it and their plans to disgrace Kevin had backfired on them. The photos posted online immediately changed publicly perception especially that of the men most of who denounced the accusations on Kevin and supported the death of Antonia. Before long, Jonathan’s household was slammed by public for having no shame in supporting Antonia’s infidelity.
Presently here in their home, Denise and her sister discuss with their lawyer and some of the influential relatives on how to tackle the humiliating situation. With their deceased sister’s photo surfacing on each news station and social media platform, they wanted to get Kevin convicted as soon as possible.
.
Denise β‘ This is bad. We need to deal with this now. That bastard needs to rot in jail.
.
Tina β‘ We’ll make arrangements for that but this shit online is bad and its not stopping anytime soon.
.
Sandra β‘ What was Antonia thinking? How could she have been so careless?
.
Judith β‘ Barrister, how soon can you get the court to set up a date?
.
Desmond β‘ By the end of the week but if you really want to have this guy convicted, you’ll have to have something on him. Without tangible evidence, the trial will be canceled.
.
Denise β‘ I saw him standing right next to her. That’s evidence enough.
.
Desmond β‘ It doesn’t work like that. There was no murder weapon in his hands and his person was clean.
.
Judith β‘ Perhaps he hired someone to kill her.
.
Desmond β‘ That might work but we still need a witness.
.
Sandra β‘ There’s no need for all of that. When there’s money, there’s hope.
.
Denise β‘ What do you mean?
.
Tina β‘ We have money right? So let’s use it. After all, anything can be bought with money.
.
Sandra β‘ Even people, with the right price I’m sure we’ll have this case done our way.
.
Desmond β‘ Alright then, if that’s how you’re going to play it… I’ll see who’ll judge the case and I’ll get him and the jury to negotiate.
.
