Alex and Maya went on a romantic honeymoon immediately after their marriage. They spent a blissful month in a beautiful tropical paradise, basking in the joy of their newfound love. They relaxed on pristine beaches, explored exotic islands, and enjoyed candlelit dinners under the stars.
As they returned home, Alex told his father about his upcoming road construction project, which would take him away for three months. He asked his parents to take care of Maya while he was away, promising to take her to their new home when he returned.
Maya felt a pang of sadness at the thought of Alex leaving so soon, but she knew he had to work. She was excited to start her new life with him and was willing to wait.
The next day, Alex departed, leaving Maya in the care of his parents and Dave. Dave, who had been plotting against Maya, saw an opportunity to strike. He approached Maya, apologizing for his past behavior and pretending to befriend her.
Maya, unaware of Dave’s true intentions, accepted his apology and they started chatting and laughing together. But Dave’s friendship was just a charade, a way to get close to Maya and execute his sinister plan.
After two weeks of Alex’s vacation.Alex called his father to say he was coming home for the weekend to surprise Maya, as he had been feeling lonely without her. He asked his father not to tell anyone, but Dave overheard the conversation.
Dave saw this as the perfect opportunity to strike. He arranged with a guy to teach Maya a lesson and called her, claiming his car was faulty and asking her to come pick him up.
When Maya arrived at the address Dave sent her, she drove up in her car and called Dave to come out.
Maya told Dave they should start leaving, but Dave convinced her to take a drink with him and his friends. Maya refused, but Dave forced her to drink. She left her car and went with Dave to the bar, where she took a juice that had already been spiked.
Maya took the drink and forgot herself. Dave called the guy he had arranged to meet them, and they took Maya to a room in the hotel, putting her in bed with the guy beside her.
Dave used a strange number to call Alex, who had just entered the city. “Hello, Alex. I have some bad news to tell you,” Dave said, pretending to be a concerned citizen.
“What is it?” Alex asked,
And who are you?
Who I am isn’t important,
“I saw your wife with another man at a hotel,”
Alex felt like he had been punched in the gut. “What are you talking about?” he demanded.
“I’m sending you a photo,” Dave said, sending a picture of Maya in bed with the guy. “Take a look.”
Alex’s eyes widened as he saw the photo. He couldn’t believe what he was seeing.
“Where are they?” Alex demanded, his anger boiling over.
“They’re at the Grand Hotel, room 21,” Dave replied. “I’m just a concerned citizen, but I thought you should know.”
Alex immediately went to the Grand Hotel, his mind racing with thoughts of Maya and what he might find. When he arrived at room 21, he burst through the door, ready to confront whoever was inside.
Maya was lying on the bed, holding the guy. Alex’s anger boiled over, and he went to sl@p the guy and beat him up.
Maya’s eyes fluttered open, and she saw Alex standing over her, his face twisted in anger. She looked around, confused, and saw that she was in a hotel room, lying on a bed with a stranger beside her. She couldn’t remember how she got there or what had happened.
“Alex, what’s going on?” she asked, trying to sit up. “What am I doing here?”
But Alex’s response was not what she expected. He gave her a dirty slap, his hand cracking against her cheek.
“You w***e,” he spat. “Even if you clean up a prostitute, they will always remain a prostitute. I can’t believe I fell in love with you, Maya. Shame on you.”
Maya’s eyes widened in shock, and she fell back onto the bed, tears streaming down her face. She couldn’t understand why Alex was saying these things to her. She tried to explain, but Alex wouldn’t listen.
“Please, Alex, listen to me,” she begged. “I don’t know what’s going on. I don’t remember how I got here.”
But Alex just turned and walked away, leaving Maya alone and crying on the bed.
