EPISODE 9
When they arrived at Ivy’s parents’ house, her parents and siblings were overjoyed to see her and their grandchild.
Daniel apologized for abandoning Ivy during her pregnancy and explained the circumstances that led to his absence from her life.
Ivy’s parents forgave him and expressed sympathy for his health challenges. They were understanding and welcomed him back into their family with open arms.
Madam Edith asked for Ivy’s hand in marriage, and Ivy’s family joyfully accepted her proposal. They traveled to the city to have the wedding ceremony in grand style.
Ivy and Daniel peacefully got married without any hindrance. Her parents then traveled back to their state, leaving Ivy, Daniel, and their baby to enjoy their honeymoon.
However, when Daniel tried to be intimate with his wife, their baby refused to let them. Every time Daniel attempted to kiss Ivy, the baby would wake up and cry, frustrating his father.
Despite Daniel’s efforts, the baby’s interruptions left him feeling frustrated and unable to be intimate with his wife that night. Eventually, Daniel gave up and ended up sleeping without being able to share that intimate moment with Ivy.
After their one-day honeymoon, they returned home. Granny took her grandson to her room so that the newlyweds could spend some time together.
While on the bed, Daniel saw this as his chance to make love to his wife before their baby would start crying. He started kissing Ivy, both of them were trying to enjoy a nice moment together before Lily unexpectedly opened the door.
When Lily saw Daniel and Ivy kissing, she rushed to the bed, pushed Daniel away, and dragged Ivy by her hair.
Lily: “You sl.ut! I only traveled for a short time, and you’ve already started sleeping with your boss!”
Daniel went to where Lily was and gave her a tight slap.
Daniel: “How dare you drag my wife by her hair? Who gave you that right?”
Lily: “Your wife? How come? When did you start referring to this thing as your wife?”
Daniel: “She is my wife, my life, and my everything. She’s something you can never be.”
Lily: “Oh, I see. You’ve regained your memory. So you used me, and now you want to dump me?”
Daniel: “Used you? I remember seeing you having s@x with a guy in your room some years ago. You took advantage of my health and tried to bring your d!rty self back into my life.”
Lily: “Well, I’m pregnant with your child. I’m two months gone already. I came here to give you the surprise before I saw this disgusting thing you both were doing here.”
Ivy: “You’re pregnant with my husband’s child? This is too much. I’m out of here.”
Ivy angrily left the room while Daniel ran after her.
Daniel: “She’s lying. I can’t remember ever being intimate with her.”
Ivy: ” Can’t I be happy in this life? We only got married yesterday, and today another drama.”
Daniel: “Please, my love, I promised you that I will never make you cry. Please don’t cry. Her plan is to tear us apart.”
Ivy: “Just leave me alone. I’m tired.”
Daniel: “Baby, don’t talk like this. I only love you. Don’t believe anything Lily says. She’s evi!.”
Daniel took Ivy back to their room and then dragged Lily out to talk outside.
Daniel: “Tell me your price. How much do you want?”
Lily: “I want my rights. Get marry to me. I don’t need your money. My child should have a right to his father.”
Daniel: “Name your price before I call the police to throw you out of here.”
Lily: “I already called human rights. They’re coming here to fight for my rights.”
Daniel: “I just got married yesterday, and I won’t allow you to hurt my wife. Get lost.”
Daniel dragged Lily out of the compound and asked the security man not to ever open the gate for her again.
