Afraid of exposing the content of the book, Hellen waited until victor had dozed off before she continued reading. She hurriedly flip through the pages and skip some pages.

Ever since I moved in with that woman she’s been ill treating me to the extent her husband molest and use me for his se.ual needs. I had to run away from them before they killed me. Elonga went to India with hopes for a better job. But instead of finding work, she was tricked and lost her freedom. She was forced to do things against her will, and she couldn’t leave because they took away her papers.
But Elonga was strong. She remembered her mother’s teachings and the love for her brother and sister. This love gave her the power to not give up.
She made friends with others who were trapped like her. They shared their stories and dreams. One night, they got a chance to escape because a guard made a mistake. They ran away and found a place that helped people like them.
Elonga fought hard to put this people in jail. She also started to help others who had been through the same thing. Back home, her brother and sister did well in school, just like she wanted.
