REZORBLADE IN THE BIBLE
CHAPTER FIVE
My life became settled Scar and myself left our old house and moved into a new apartment. We were living well happy and satisfied except for the fact that I didn’t so much involved myself with Women. Just like Samson, the Universe decided to send someone into my life to destroy it.
Ever since Lanks and his friend did what they did to me I found it difficult sorting myself. It’s not like I never felt what other Boys felt. I felt everything and I did admire girls especially the round and beautiful once but I just wasn’t looking forth to being anything with them, till I meet Edna.
To me, Edna was the most beautiful girl I had ever seen with no faults. She was endowed with a huge behind and each step she took, her two planets accompanied it with a vibration.
Though I had a thing for Edna, there was something off about her life style that I couldn’t tell. She roasted and sold fish beside the road in the quarter we recently moved in. She was often too friendly mostly with men and very brutal with girls.
I sat home one evening and Felt bored and hungry so I decided to visit her place to get a roasted fish and miyondo. Immediately she saw me she exclaimed in an exciting manner.
“Mr Jay! Welcome, my customer.”
“ Thank you madam Edna”
“ Ahhh no now..” she said sending out a rather disappointed look
“ I am no madam, Please call me Edna with no tittle”
“ Oh! Is that so? But you just gave me one, Mr Jay.” I said as we both laughed.
“ What can I offer you. Customer, Customer! My find customer” She flattered
“ Ahhh Edna!” I exclaimed “ All this flatter way you de flatter me so, I de safe” I said a she burst out laughing
“ No fear my handsome Customer, all thing de Chack!!”
“ Which size will you like to have?” she asked pointing to the different size of fish that was now ready.
“Emm! Which do you think is good?”
“ This one is good for a nice Customer like you”
“ Ok give me two of that. Package one ma go give ma brother for house”
“ Okay “
When I was done eating she came and collected her money and the plates and then asked me if I wanted another fish. I didn’t understand what she meant by another fish.
“ Ahhh Edna!!! With this big one I am just from devoured?? Ahh! No my stomach has no space for more.”
“ Customer Customer ! Am not talking about that kind of fish na. I de sell two kind fish oh nobi just one! “ she said as I got even more confused.
Seeing that I was confused, she concluded I was new in that kind of thing and might have probably never done it. She gave me her phone number and told me that whenever I decided to come eat her other fish I should call her and keep enough money to pay because that one was extremely expensive.
I left her store very confused and wondered what sort of fish this girl has been disturbing my head with. When I arrived home that evening, I met Scar and told him about the girls attitude.
“Asehh Guy! You get Brian for all thing but ee de like God deny you Brian for understand woman e tactics.”
“ That Ngah na runs, big Mamie be Di find market but you no de understand.”
“ Chaiiiii see Ngah wah I be Dan de eyeam.”
“Who no know that girl form this area? Ee de sell na two kind fish. The one way ee go serve you for ee market place, then the one way ee go serve you for bed. You no de see shape.”
After what Scar told me, I became drawn to this girl the more. At that point in time, I couldn’t determine whether it was because I loved her or that I simply wanted my own share of the national cake. I started visiting her often till one day when she invited me to her house.
Well, I accepted and I went there with her in the evening. Her house was located in another neighborhood just closer to mine. It didn’t take long before she started touching me. I told her I had never done it which got her surprised because she knew who I was.
After that visit to her house I paid more visits to her house, I knew I had no feelings for her no more. I wasn’t the only guy she slept and so I made sure to protect myself. I thought what we had was never going to disturb me nor her since we hadn’t spoken of a relationship, until one day when she finally reveal her real mission in my life.
